Excellent communication from start to finish, had no problems with me making several amendments and asking many questions. Once agreed on the proofs my signs arrived within days, well packaged, perfect condition and exactly as expected, really pleased with service and the product, and very reasonably priced when comparing to similar services too.

I ordered a welcome sign and personalised table plan for my wedding and the quality is amazing. Their customer service team are so helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the design before it went to print. I can’t recommend this company enough!
I used them for all my wedding signage, I’m really pleased with both the cost and the quality.
They turned up quickly and well packaged.
The best part was the customer service, my uncle recently died suddenly and he was on my seating plan, I emailed Mallys crafts and they instantly offered to edit and replace free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
It turned up the following week, and really it’s such a relief that my extended family wont have sad reminders on the day of the wedding, it really was very kind of them to do this!

Today our welcome sign arrived. It is everything I wanted and more and I'm so excited to have it displayed at our wedding.

We have made two orders with Mally's Crafts for our upcoming wedding. One for our welcome sign and then another for our seating plan as well as our guest book. I honestly cannot fault the service we have received both times! Brilliant quality items for an affordable price. Would recommend to everyone!

EDIT AFTER MALLY’S REPLY: As a lesbian I’m used to having less choices than the majority and having to double check relevance. That’s why my wife to be (who placed the order) asked BEFORE the order was produced to see a proof. And because we couldn’t see the icons anywhere. The reply was ‘we don’t send proofs’. No direction to the info on the website. (Excuse me for not spotting it on a second slide). Such a shame that a company who employ mainly deaf staff seemingly don’t have any empathy or understanding of another minority group.
Mally’s reply below is measured. In reality this is what we got on email as a result:
“I will not be taking this any further due to a review made on our website… I will not be responding to any further email”.

We ordered our welcome sign, order of service, table plan, menu cards all from Mally’s crafts. Basically all our reception stationery.
Whilst the quality is great there’s ended up being an error that we queried beforehand and we’ve had no apology or offer of a replacement. just a ‘sorry you feel that way’ and offer of a refund if we pay to send the product back. All just 4 weeks’ before the wedding. Yikes!
It’s the icons on the order of service. We queried where we could see the symbols, rather than just the words, and were told they don’t send proofs. We genuinely couldn’t find the icons anywhere and just wanted help to do so.
So now as two women getting married we’ve got a bride and groom symbol and another with a man’s ring alongside a woman’s.
Is it really so hard to be inclusive?

Lovely sign, really well done and super packaging. Would buy from them again.

Total disappointment in the service. My wife placed the orders and didn’t want to leave a review, however, I feel like one is needed. I can accept 1 thing wrong but to have 4 things was a step to far.
1. We ordered a bride and bride sign. To our shock we were sent a bride and groom sign.
2. We had a seat reservation with a spelling mistake. We checked and was not an error on out part. They then sent out a replacement that was a different design to the rest.
3. They missed 2 names off menu cards. We checked and again we had included their names on order
4. They missed a name off the table plan. Again we checked and their error.
All these small details that were missed is shocking when their company is to do all this. Shows lack of attention and lack if care in my opinion. To send out a bride and groom sign as well is just absurd when we ordered a bride and bride. Would stay away from this company. I now know why they are so cheap.

Ordered a floral blush & navy welcome sign, order of day sign and personalised ring box for my wedding, I received the order in the timeframe stated on the website and all products were as expected. Would highly recommend ⭐️
