I cannot fault the level of service I received from Mally’s Crafts it was exceptional!!! Planning a wedding is super stressful however all my wedding stationary was ordered through them and the process was just so easy. The communication on email was fantastic they go above to beyond to make sure my order was correct. I would highly recommend them and I want to say a massive Thank You

I ordered all of our wedding stationary from Mallys Crafts for our December wedding and they were absolutely amazing! Welcome sign, seating plan, table numbers, place names and much much more! The ordering process was really quick and easy, the quality of the items are amazing, the delivery was super fast, the price is so affordable, the customer service was prompt and so helpful. I had so many comments on how beautiful all the stationary was on our day. I have already recommended this company to people I know who are getting married. I cannot fault this company in any way. Thank you so much for making our day look beautiful!

AVOID!

I ordered my whole wedding bits from this company on the 29th Dec, they have been nothing but unhelpful and unprofessional.

I have paid £450 for my order which I placed on the 29th Dec and still haven't rcvd missing bits due to ''low stock and awaiting delivery''.

My wedding is now 2 weeks away and have to sit and wait and hope this gets resolved in time (not holding my breath).

When I rcvd my initial order, the below bits were missing/incorrect:
Order of the day - wrong symbols added
Menus/name tags - missing menu and wrong names sent
Top Table Sign - forgotten in delivery sent

I still await the missing menus/name tags to which the response I got was:

''I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, I will just have to refund the menus as our stock is low so I can't guarantee when this will be replaced. I do apologise if this causes any convenience and I am happy to answer any questions you may have. ''

So so unprofessional to leave someone out of pocket with missing items 2 weeks before their wedding when everything else for the wedding currently matches...

They also offer no compensation and said:
''Thank you for your email. I understand, out of a goodwill gesture we have replaced the missing items as quickly as we can pushing your order to the front of the queue and making the order our priority over the others to ensure they arrive in time for your wedding day. Thank you for your patience, I will get the tracking sent as soon as the menus go out.''

How is issuing the order asap out of good will? this should be done regardless as my order was placed over a month ago and still awaiting missing items which has been done in error THEIR end.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, especially if you're looking to order bulk for your wedding. I wish I never used this company!

When I got my order it had broken in transit. I emailed on Monday. Just received my replacement ❤️ can’t wait for my grandparents to see it. Thank you so much

Faulty Item! My wedding welcome sign arrived with a scratch on it. I immediately contacted Mally’s and sent them over photos of the scratch. The response I received was that this is part of the design which is not the case at all. It is clearly a scratch that shouldn’t be there. Extremely disappointed as I was planning to get a lot of my wedding things for here but will now be taking my business elsewhere.

My partner and I ordered a welcome wedding sign, an order of the day and a guest book for the 15th July.
It arrived today.
The welcome sign was exactly what was ordered.
On the order of the day board, Speeches was spelt wrong, missing a H.
The guest book has marks on the front and back.
You cannot call anyone to discuss this.
He has sent an email and they requested pictures via email which was sent. No response. Incredibly worried because our wedding is so soon.
We paid a lot of money for the items and delivery therefore expect it to be in a useable condition.
Would not recommend as this is an important day in someone’s life, there is no room for errors.
Stock should be checked before printing and then again before sending to customers.
We never received a email or paper receipt upon payment/ delivery either.
Very disappointed and unhappy bride to be.

Mally’s Craft were amazing! I made an error with the fonts and didn’t save it correctly and didn’t notice until the sign was delivered but Mally Craft’s very kindly sorted this for me and sent me a new sign for no extra cost and I still received it before my big day! Mally’s Craft were very prompt in getting back to me and they made the experience so effortless and completely took my stress away. This was just as we were heading out of lockdown due to Covid so I was very stressed about whether we’d even be able to have our wedding. Mally Craft’s generosity meant so much more than they’ll ever know and really helped me during what was a very stressful time! This review is long overdue and I still think about the generosity and kindness that Mally’s Crafts showed me that day! It really made a difference.

Such good value for money! The quality is just amazing for the price. Communication was excellent and they sent drafts before printing which is handy. We had so many comments on the menu cards, especially from our wedding coordinator who said they were the best ones she had seen and made her job so much easier when setting the tables! Would 100% recommend.

Ordered many products from mally and all were perfect. Delivered within time frames set and great prices. Really recommend!!

We ordered over the span of the last few months from Mally's Crafts. We purchased several items for our wedding last month - ring box, a guestbook sign, a seating plan and a 'Welcome' sign and we're very happy with how everything turned out.

Not only that, but I must also note brlliant service from Cassandra over email. Upon trying to order the seating plan and welcome sign, the website wouldn't work on the 2 specific products to customise them. I emailed and after it continued to not work, Cassandra said she'd be happy to sort out the customisation on her end and get the product sent out to us. They arrived and they were perfect and looked brilliant on our day.

Would highly recommend for brilliant customer service, quality products and good prices.

Ordered several items and one particular item I could not find in the right colour so contacted Mally's Crafts by e-mail and explained what I wanted they replied quickly and were so accommodating.
They even sent me a draft copy to look over before submitting it to the printers.
Definitely will be using this company again.

Website was very easy to use, easy to find matching items and navigate it.
Very quick to make and send our items and when received they’re of amazing quality, very well packaged and protected during transit.
So glad we went with them instead of trying to DIY!

Ordered a wedding welcome sign, unplugged ceremony sign and personalised ring box. The prices were extremely reasonable with so many choices and design options. Ordered on Sunday and my items have just been delivered today (Wednesday), very quick delivery and packaged up really well so nothing would get damaged. Highly recommend, will definitely be purchasing more items closer to my wedding! Thank you so much 😁

This review is based on service as we never got as far as placing an order unfortunately.
The website states in several places that orders take one month from when the order is placed. We had 1.5 months until we needed our order, we spent over 2 hours completing the designs online and got as far as checkout when we then noticed the delivery date was actually 4 days after our event takes place.
There was no phone number to call anyone so had to reply on email. They advised orders were currently taking 40-45 working days but they could rush our order through for a extra expense even though the website states one month delivery. We were then advised they couldn't rush our order through as we had 19 items in our basket and they can only accommodate 10 items per order.
Very disappointing outcome, wasting time and misleading website when it comes to deliveries times.

So pleased with the items I ordered. Good quality. Ordered table plan welcome sign and guest book love them. Thought I had made a mistake so emailed them , they were very quick to reply and put my mind at ease. Order came well in time frame given. Would definitely choose this company.

Cassandra honestly couldn’t do enough for me. Her customer service was amazing and prompt replies were on top!
Table plan looks amazing really good quality products and I can’t wait to use it at my wedding!

Do not buy anything from this company they are awful, with awful customer service they take your money and then dont want to know,there products arent what they state,

I ordered a welcome sign, table plan and thank you plaque for our wedding due to take place in August.

A couple of days after placing the order i sent an email back to the confirmation asking for the order to be paused as my papa had suddenly died and I would have to re-think the table plan. I recieved a response asking me to send any changes to support@.... obviously at the time I wasn't thinking about my table plan so thought I would email once I felt able to start looking at the table plan.

I then recieved a dispatch email and replied to that the same day to make them aware that I had asked for the order to be paused. They advised I hadn't sent an email to support@.. so that was why it had been dispatched.

When able, I emailed the changes over to Mally's Crafts, I got an email back to advise a draft would be completed and sent over to me for review. I hadn't heard anything and our wedding is less than 2 weeks away now so I sent an email to make them aware. I then received an email back to advise it had been looked into and because I hadn't emailed support@.. then there is nothing they can do and that I need to purchase another table plan.

I'm against leaving bad reviews and i was very happy with the quality and look of the products I recieved but I feel the full service has been unsympathetic and unfair. Mally's crafts customer service skills leave a lot to be desired.
