Monera was fantastic, she was so helpful and answered all of our questions with confidence and reassurance.

We visited to look at prams and spent a good couple of hours with a lovely sales assistant who talked us through all the options really patiently. Based on her advice we chose the Bugaboo Dragonfly, and we were told more than once that our purchase included the carrycot as well as the pushchair seat.

Unfortunately, when the order arrived the carrycot wasn't included, which left us facing an extra £200. To their credit, the team offered a 20% discount once we raised it, so we paid £160 instead. We appreciated that gesture, but it was still a disappointing end to what had otherwise been a positive experience — a clearer explanation of exactly what was and wasn't included would have saved a lot of confusion. Something worth tightening up for other expectant parents making a big purchase.

Amina was so lovely. She took the time to explain the various prams to me and my mother and answered all our questions. Although we didn't have an appointment we found that she didn't rush us and gave valuable information.

My wife and I visited M&P in Peterborough recently and had a great Out & About meeting with Izzy who was so helpful, so professional and really informative. It’s given us loads of great ideas to help get us started!

Ordered a two piece changing dresser and cot bed. They delivered only one box of the cot bed, and a wardrobe instead. We only realised when we went to make the cot. Called and waited a good while to speak to advisor who asked for photos to be sent of what we received. I responded to the email straight away with photos, a few days later no response, called and waited again to chase this. They would send out the second box to us this week. I then ordered a mattress for this cot on the phone with them at the time, as didn’t realise it didn’t come with one. Went to again make the cot bed and the mattress they sent me was too small for the cot bed! Again I’m on hold to rectify this. I would not recommend their home delivery service at all.

We visited mamas and papas Trafford centre for a look around at prams, we were allowed to browse freely without being bothered which is nice, when we wanted some help a lovely lady called Nida came to show us all the features of the pram, Nida was lovely very knowledgable and kind, we decided to go with a m&p pram and Nida spoke us through the best way to get a good price, very happy with the service received from Nida.

We were served by Hannah at the Gateshead store. She gave us brilliant advice regarding our next stage of car seat. She also arranged for our broken pram to be returned to maxi cosi within a day of visiting the store (still waiting a week later for an email response from customer care).

Me and my husband went to mamas&papas in Leicester and David was so helpful he literally explained everything and he was so cooperative with us especially as a first parents with a lots of questions, thank you fo making our experience very nice and can't wait to go very soon so we can buy our first pram❤️

We were served by Sonal at the Croydon store and she was really patient, knowledgeable and helpful and went through various strollers bundle options, helping us to make an informed choice on the best options for us. Her manager was also around to help and we will definitely be going back for anything else we need.

We had a wonderful experience with Kerry from the Wednesbury branch. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us! As first time parents we would definitely recommend one of these appointments just to point you in the right direction with no pressure to purchase, for us it gave direction and the information we needed. We went back the next day after sleeping on it and bought what we needed!

Visited the store in Wednesbury Monday afternoon, was greeted by Debbie who we actually had the appointment with.
She gave us the best tour a with us being new parents not knowing what to get she gave us the best advise! We glad we made the personal shop appointment as the original pram we was getting didn’t suit our daily needs. The pram we chose was on a brilliant promotion and suits our needs we also was told we will receive a voucher which is very much appreciated! I visited the Swindon store as a first time mum to buy our pram. The whole experience was amazing and Louise in store showed us everything and answered every question without any doubt. She was very helpful and informative!

Me and my mom visited the Shirley store Mamas and Papas and we had two lovely ladies Sadiya and Ayesha show us round the store and the different products for the baby.

We looked at cribs and pushchairs which can be quite overwhelming if you don’t know where to start.

Both were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on the products and put my mind at ease.

We ended up walking away with a crib and ordered it to be delivered in December, which is very helpful so you don’t have to store it until you need it.

Cannot thank Katie enough in the Mamas and Papas store in Swansea! The information she knew not only about the prams but also the advice she gave us about the general day to day ins and outs of having a new baby was incredible. As first time parents we went into this feeling unprepared and slightly embarrassed as we were so confused on what we need however Katie was amazing. Due to my concern about a pram fitting in my car Katie took us out with the prams we liked and helped to show me how to place to pram in my car. If you are expecting I would 100% recommend going to mamas and papas!
