Great company. I’m in the USA and usually gets to me within 2 weeks. I ordered the incorrect size and they were prompt to answer my questions about replacing with correct size.

Quick and easy to find what I needed. Just waiting now to see how quick the delivery of goods is!!

I used Mammoth workwear for the first time recently, they offer a huge range of keenly priced merchandise, my order came as promised tracking and e mail right until it was delivered. Upon checking the order I realised an item was missing, I got in touch via telephone and was asked to drop them an e Mail describing what was missing etc. I sent the mail and it was sorted immediately no problem at all, this is all you want from a business great customer service which Mammoth obviously have. I like how the website allows you to shop for a specific brand. I am a huge Snickers Workwear fan and I appreciate the ease of use and efficiency in which the products are delivered to my USA address

I recently ordered a pair of Loose fit work trousers and even though the pants were out of stock, I received my refund promptly and without any hassles. The communication was excellent, emails were sent to me as soon as the problem was discovered. Highly recommend Mammoth Workwear again for anyone who wants a durable pair of trousers at a great price! Thanks!

I ordered the wrong size and had to change my order. One very quick and easy phone call was all that was needed to change the size. The call was answered by a very nice lady who sorted everything out hassle free. Would recommend this company.

Have ordered from this outfit a lot recently & their customer service is absolutely shocking. Extremely slow delivery times & the returns process is an absolute farce as they never refund until after 10 working days from receiving the items back, they say 7-10 days but it’s always 10 days minimum & sometimes longer. They are quick enough to take money for items that they don’t have in stock. Also when they e-Mail you to ask if you’d like to wait until the items come back into stock & you say no thanks they refund the money immediately so why can they not do that as soon as they receive any returned items instead of insisting on taking 10 days minimum after signing for aforementioned returned items..?? I will now not be using this retailer again due to these reasons.

I ordered the salisbourg white /anthracite painters trousers. Great Comms from Dawn, they do warn that deliveries aren't quick right now but mine was 2 weeks. Trousers are spot on, I ordered slightly bigger for comfort, shrinkage and they were just right, not short, not tight and are well made

I ordered a pair of coveralls for work, the website had an excellent range and the delivery was prompt. The quality of the product was excellent. Unfortunately, the coveralls were too long in the leg for me and I had to return them. However, within 2 days of posting 1st class I received an email from the sales team telling me that my refund was on its way. Faultless service.

Terrible Organisation, appalling customer service, Goods never arrive.
Selling on eBay under the user name misfitmoose order never arrived tracking not uploaded till well after delivery date passed, & then hides behind "We have to give Royal Mail 15days before we can raise a claim"
For a company that claims to have so many high profile clients you don't have a very customer focused attitude.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They took my money at point of purchase on February 22 (which I'm not sure is legal) and then about a week later they emailed to say part of my order was out of stock until 19th March. Also, I never recieved an email acknowledging my order.
when I asked (twice)to be sent the other part of the order I was completely ignored.
Then came an email saying stock was due at end the of March, it is now 6th April and I've heard nothing.
I will be filing a dispute with paypal on Friday to get this sorted once and for all.
Absolutely shameful company and customer service!

I have dealt with this company previously and had a good service.

Placed an order and a few days later I was told this was out of stock. Sorted a replacement and emailed back. Days later I received an email to say that was out of stock too. In frustration and in need of the rest of the order, I asked them to send what they had. Days later I received an email to say they had Despatched the order but now that my order fell below the qualifying amount, I would be charged £5.99 for delivery. They refused to refund this saying I had asked to cancel the out-of-stock item. I think this is disgusting and terrible customer service. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I placed an order just before Christmas which was during lockdown, the goods arrived quicker than I expected. One of the items was out of stock in the main warehouse so I was given a refund. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. Good company to deal with.

This is one company I will avoid using ever again! They are happy to take money from you but when it comes to a warranty issue they will try every trick in the book to avoid replacement of faulty items. In the end I had to go to the manufacturer who was happy to replace the item. If you have the misfortune to have to deal with there customer services remember you are wrong they are right!
