Safety boots in my size!! Excellent!! No problems ordering them. Lets see when they turn up!

Ordered two lots of workwear staff were very helpful emailed me when they said it would come in plus both orders come exactly on the date they said they would spend just under £400 I will be putting another order with them

Mammoth are a company that provide quality PPE . If safety is formost at the heart of your company then give these guys a whirl . I ordered safety boots and three pairs of bib n brace . Good sizeing guide and makes things easy for anybody that are not sure as the first time can be tricky ,dont want to be tripping on your turn ups !!! Really impressed with everything ,quality ,price and whenever I needed extra info the sales team were really speedy at getting back to me . You have to expect this is a real company with people on furlough so it wont be E-bay next day delivery, nevertheless mine came to Scotland two days earlier so again if that isn't a company trying it's best on deadlines then sue me !! Great overall experience and am and will be a returning customer, thank you Mammoth for the painless experience.

I recently purchased some craftsman joggers and had them them shipped to me in the United States. They had my size (medium) available when all other online stores were out of stock. The price was reasonable as well as the shipping cost which was nice.
After I made my purchase I was confused as I didn't receive any emails from them; however, this was not their fault. For some reason their emails had went to my spam folder. Check that if you are looking for an update to your order.

I was sent emails about the pants shipping and a thanks for ordering. They shipped quickly and arrived a little over a week. I received the correct items and have no complaints what so ever. I will buy from them again and recommend them to any one looking for great work clothing.

Absolutely shocked with this company, bought some items, they were used. returned them after having to pay 8.99 postage as the company refused to pay postage now been over two weeks still waiting on a refund, absolute joke. Been told only one person on returns, you must be getting a lot of returns. However, looking on their facebook page seems like a normal thing in this company, they just slow in issuing refunds and their returns policy is a joke. companies like this make online shopping a horrible experience..

Response below is a lie... you obviously know both items returned and in one parcel. I emailed you the same day I received parcel and opened case when I saw your response and realised you wanted me to pay for postage and the comments regarding postage issues a lot of your customers complain about.

I’ve also noticed comments from customers mentioning the items they have received are used, this is clearly not an isolated case. I’m not interested in tarnishing your company all I want is refund for my items which you have received and postage costs. Today.

First online purchase from Mammoth Workwear, website very easy to navigate, clothing arrived in a reasonable time, top quality Dassy Hi Vis trousers at a reasonable price. Will be used again.

I’m ordering from Hawaii and the Mammoth team offer the best high end workwear that comes with excellent communication and the fastest shipping and delivery that one could hope for. Even with the Covid situation I honestly have not seen any difference in the delivery time. I’ve ordered maybe 7-8 times this year and it’s always consistent. This company is the best by far.

Considering the crisis (Covid19) I received my order less than a week later which I hadn't expected. Apache work shorts which are top quality and were as expected. Have used Mammoth Workwear before and will continue to do so.

I've been waiting 3 weeks for exchange for a different size 🤦‍♂️ I have no idea what is taking so long. worst shopping I've ever done online

Impressive website with a great selection of workwear, have used Mammouth numerous times in the past and generally happy but on every occasion the dispatch times were so slow taking a full week from placing the order to the item being dispatched on the 23/24th Dec so theres no telling when the item will arrive now, probably in the new year

One of the best online purchases I have ever experienced! The ordering was simple, this is the second order placed in 2 weeks. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and the delivery was fast and the item was perfectly packaged. Exactly as ordered, great customer service when I asked questions. As I have done this second time, I will buy from this company whenever I have the need for items not available anymore in my country.
