Very good web page where an infinity of high quality products is shown where you can also check items Norms and Codes compliance. Customer service is ideal, they are friendly and very helpful. I have purchased security items on several occasions at a price that I only got here and the delivery times are those declared at the time of purchase. Excellent Mammoth Workwear

Placed my order 3 weeks ago, full amount taken

Placed my order 3 weeks ago. Fairplay had an email saying one of the items wasn't in stock so would I like an alternative or refund. I asked for a refund.
When my order arrived 2 weeks ago it was missing one item and it was to follow. When I emailed asking when it was going to be delivered you said you were out of stock and offered me an alternative lol. You said you were waiting for a date for them to come back in. Which is fine but 2 weeks with no email or date? Come on!
You've also taken the full amout of £137.36 when I've only received £66.44 worth of goods!
3 weeks for an incomplete order. We may as well order from china!
Seems to me your website doesnt inform people when you've run out of stock.
Sorry, will not be ordering again.

Good Afternoon Mr Chee

We do apologise there was another item out of stock when your order was part shipped.
We did email you and advise the item was out of stock with no due date and you advised you were happy to wait even though we were unable to give you a date for new stock arriving in. We offered you an alternative of a higher value than the jacket you originally ordered that was of a higher quality as we were unable to give you a clear date for new stock arriving in.
Money paid for orders are held pending with the card issuers and released to us when items are shipped.
The items not received on your order have already been refunded to you and as advised in an earlier email it may take 1-2 working days to be back in your Account as this is dependent on the card provider.

Kind regards

Customer service is second to none

Customer service is second to none. All my questions are answered in a timely fashion. Work pants are top notch, and have several pairs. I do heating and air conditioning for a living in the last 25 years. Gone through several pairs of jeans and different types of clothing these so far have Outlast them all. The only two things I I believe would give them 5 stars is more selection and sizes of clothing I am a size 30 leg but I can only get 32 because my waist is a 34 he did not carry anything and the brand I like best the Blakladder. Plus I really liked the blue denim jeans with the black accent pieces. It's sad they gone to almost all black which is disheartening. I will see what else they have to choose from but I also noticed the military green with a black is in a limited selection in sizes as well which is another good one. I like to see the denim jean come back and see a few more sizes to select from. Other than that they do sell a great product plus the customer service are very friendly and helpful.

We are sorry that you are not happy with your shopping experience with us.
Your order was for a coverall and the description states the coverall would be EN14404:2004 specification with the Cratos kneepads, it does not unfortunately say that knee pads are included with the coverall.
Your order was dispatched within 4 working days and order update emails were sent to keep you updated on the progress of the order.

Second hand? Not up to the job.

Used twice. Received boots today, slight marks on the boots and didn’t box, looks like they’ve been returned at some point. Hope this isn’t the case as I don’t want a pair of boots that’s had another guys feet inside.

Further to the reply, along with not having an email originally with any delivery date, it’s two stars. Won’t be using again.

Also, the strap on the right boot is now broken. I had to rag the boot to remove.

Mr Cross

We do apologise there was a delay in your order being dispatched, you were advised as per our Terms & Conditions that the 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday) dispatch was a guide and not guaranteed. I do apologise that you did not read the Terms & Conditions set out on our website as this is made very clear. Your order was dispatched within 7 working days, order placed 10pm on the 12th Dec, and as explained in emails this was due to the Christmas rush and waiting for replenishment stock to arrive in from Italy.

We agreed as a gesture of goodwill to refund you the carriage charge 'carriage refund will be issued on dispatch of your goods' and this was actioned when the order was dispatched.
We also advised 'Please note if you paid via credit card this can take 24-48hrs to appear back in your Account and this is down to your card provider processing and not ourselves.' As Banks have been closed for 2 days due to Christmas this will be slightly longer but again dependent on your Bank/Card provider.

You have been issued with the DHL tracking details for your parcel and this is due to be delivered on the 27th December.

Great company to deal with and fantastic range of top quality products. There are also products for all budgets. Not scared to post to remote locations unlike some other companies and returns service is great. Nothing a hassle even if a parcel taking longer than expected, staff chased up and sorted for me. Highly recommend 😊

Stay away

stay away from this company at all costs
Purchased 5 sets of coveralls with embroidary, 3 pairs the poppers were broken on removal from packet ( who ever embroidered them must have known), the other two pairs ,the poppers didn`t last a day before they also broke, upon return to company, told they would send them away for repair, but that was all they could do. Didn`t deal with direct, but sent a shop girl to deal with me via a telephone from upstairs, what a shower of !!!!

Good Morning Mr Clark

You purchased and received the coveralls back in January 2018. You came into our store on 6th December 2018 and advised the poppers had gone, this is clearly outside the warranty period. As per the Consumer rights act
' Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.
But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).

After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement - including electrical faulty goods.

If you're outside the 30-day right to reject, you have to give the retailer one opportunity to repair or replace any goods or digital content which are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described.

If you've owned the item for less than six months, the retailer must give you a full refund if an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful.

The only exception to this is motor vehicles, where the retailer can make a deduction for fair use after the first 30 days.

It doesn't matter whether you bought your goods before or after 1 October 2015 - in the first six months from when you buy something, the onus is on the seller to prove your defective product was of satisfactory quality when you received it.

If a defect develops after the first six months, the burden is on you to prove that the product was faulty at the time the goods were delivered to you.

The retailer can also make a deduction from any refund for fair use after the first 6 months of ownership if an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful.'

The Showroom Supervisor you dealt with spoke to the Office Manager and as a gesture of goodwill we advised we would replace the poppers that had broken. The garments are 11 months old and this was the first time you notified us of an issue.
