Quicker than expected.

Ordered from this Company for my Husbands work clothes as they have a different range of Dickies workwear than here in the US.
Used to ordering from Amazon where delivery arrives nearly as soon as you checkout :) so the 7days delivery schedule was longer than I would normally expect (used to), but from order to delivery was only 5days.
Will place another order soon guys, Thanks.

Great customer service

This is the second time I am ordering from Mammoth Workwear.
The first time, the items I ordered arrived from UK to Canada much faster than expected. The goods were as described. And I was presently surprised by prices - mush lower than in North America for better quality.

This time, I'd like to express my gratitude and acknowledge the work of Sarah Ford, one of the members of Customer Service Team. I requested length of sleeves for specific sizes of a jacket I wish to purchase. CS did not have this information, however Sarah immediately contacted the manufacturer and acquired it for me. Everything was done quickly, with great precision and care.
I am more then pleased by the service.
I highly recommend this website.

Less than 5 star service

Ordered a pair of trousers for my husband exactly the same maker and size he was wearing (and he hasn't put on weight) but they were too tight so I returned same for an exchange only to be asked for another set of postage. When I queried this since legally the postage should be returned with the original purchase I received an email pointing out that in their terms and conditions they charge postage for exchanges. Not wanting to argue about a few pounds I phoned two days later to pay the postage only to have a message to contact the company. It seems my order had been refunded inexplicably but I could reorder via the website. Don't think so! The first order was placed on a Sunday and didn't get processed till Friday so it took more than a week to arrive. Won't be using this company again

Quite honestly it’s 2018....

I can order things elsewhere and have them in my hand 2 working days later.... yet it takes you guys 4 working days just to process and dispatch my order, not good enough, did I keep you waiting 4 working days for payment? No because you wouldn’t have sent me anything

There is no mention on the website that your slow as sh** at processing & dispatching, because if there was I wouldn’t be here writing this.

2nd and last time I will order, (same happened last time I ordered)

Goodbye

Poor customer service, wrong items arrived so late I forced to use them...

Placed a fairly substantial order for a significant amount of welding PPE from Mamomoth Workwear; C.£400+.
Given my company was paying, I made sure to get all the bells and whistles and not use cheaper competitor's that clearly stated they were awaiting delivery of new stock.

I ordered a fair amount, inc:

- Snickers winter welding jacket
- Snickers welding trousers 3357
- Flame retardant shirt
- TIG gloves
- MIG gauntlets
- Flame retardant boot protectors
- Flame retardant balaclava

After placing the order; I required the items fairly urgently as I was starting a college course in welding.
Sadly however, I had to delay my course by three weeks as despite repeatedly emailing them, it turned out they didn't actually hold everything in stock and I would have to wait for them to come back into stock.

After being told I would receive emails back, or my items by a certain date; I gave up and called them. I was told my items were in stock and would be sent out immediately.

My items turned up...... but not what I ordered.

The Snickers trousers had been replaced with 3257 not the 3357 specifically ordered. The 3257 were on clearance as they we're discontinued and I specifically did NOT want these given the holster pockets on the side which are terrible at holding my personal items (little did I know, these would leave a lasting reminding shortly after).
I am unable to find out if MWW refunded my company the price difference for the cheaper trousers, I sceptical they did given the next substitution on my order was completely wrong.

The flame retardant top, instead became flame retardant long John's.... fairly useless to me.

Given the poor customer service I had already experienced and unable to delay my college course any longer, I took what I was given and started the course.

After the second MIG session however, the terrible holster pockets, on the cop out replacement trousers reared its ugly head and left me with a lovely reminder I won't forget.
My brand spanking new Galaxy S8+, which I had no choice but to use the holster pockets for, opposed to a traditional normal pocket. My lovely new phone came into direct contact with a stray piece of molten metal. Something that would have never happened if my order was correct!

Subsequently, it hit the screen, the sheer heat cracked both the front and the back glass and has left a golden burn mark on the screen I will never be able to remove.
The repair cost (o the sweet irony) is literally the same amount that I/ my company wasted on my order with MWW.

Given I work for a very large company with a few thousand staff, half of which are all required to purchase PPE through the company with very generous budgets; I will be ensuring that MWW are a) advised against with my colleagues b) I will be advising the purchasing team that they are blacklisted so no one else finds themselves urgently needing PPE for an actual revenue earning job; to in turn be messed around and only end up purchasing from ARCO or RS instead at the eleventh hour.

I would have given 0 stars if it was at all possible.

Customer service was poor and unhelpful.

The corner cutting cop out solution has left me with a now permanently worthless phone I'll spend the next two years paying for; with a glaring big burn mark and crack across it as a reminder...

Update:

I've just read your response. To anyone considering using MWW, this is a complete lie or at best definitely not what I received.
I certainly received nothing with 3-5 days or anytime soon after.

It was a solid three weeks before I saw anything!

Further so, regardless of your original RRP, you were knocking the older trousers out at a substantially reduced price during this fiasco. If I ordered something at full retail, and was provided with a sale item of much lesser current value I would not call that a reasonable replacement.

Please don't waste my time looking into replacing anything, given a) I have now completed the entire welding course, which spanned three months and I had some real catching up to do outside of my working hours thanks to your complete logistical mess. b) based upon the time and standard of resolution you provided last time, I will probably have reached a healthy retirement age and receive a single infant sized welding gauntlet.....

If you're going to try and duck out of all responsibility when you've made a huge mistake, don't try to make your customers look foolish with your review correspondence!

Dear Mr Andreoli. We do apologise you were not happy with your order. The main part of your order was dispatched within the 3-5 working days our website states and one of our Customer Service team advised of the delay on the trousers. We emailed you a day after you being advised the trousers were delayed to advise the Snickers 3357 trousers were not currently available but the 3257 trousers were available and asking if they were acceptable. We had not received a response from our email so advised the warehouse to dispatch the alternative trousers with a note to advise if not suitable to advise and we would arrange collection. The Snickers 3257 trousers you received are the same as the Snickers 3357 you ordered but have additional holster pockets, the same front pocket is on both trousers. The Snickers 3257 trousers sent (£103.08) are slightly more expensive than the original Snickers 3357 (£99.75) not cheaper. I will have to look into why you received FR long johns (£59.24) rather than FR t-shirt (£48.16), if you had made us aware of this error in garment we could of rectified it.

AMAZING STORE!

AMAZING STORE!! My second order in the past 2 years from Canada.
I work in construction and I am on the slimmer side. I can never find good fitting pants at local retailers as they cater to the average sized male.
I stumbled upon mammothworkwear and have never looked for construction attire at any other retailer. They are well stocked and have a huge variety of safety equipment and clothing! I literally can spend hours rifling through their online shop!

Hi I think that you have an excellent range of products your site is easy to search.
The size menu's are easily accessible and you have more sizes than other sites.

Great product, great prices, fast to ship, great communication.

I have ordered multiple “blaklader” sleeveless overalls. The coveralls are fantastic, shoulder wide enough they dont slide off when your working, and your arms are uninhibited when working over head (my biggest complaint for normal coveralls. Mammoth sells theses at a great price with international shipping (this modle of coveralls is not sold from blaklader in the states.) shipping time is short, time to ship is even shorter. Communitcation is wonderful with plenty of heads up on the order. I have bought multiple times from mammoth saftey and will continue to buy from mammoth safety.

Waited ages for a faulty item that I have been told to send back at my own expense. Not happening. Visa dispute service it is.
Just received totally confusing reply from mammoth concerning the damaged item. I am not interested in dispatch dates, that means nothing to me, I'm only interested in delivery dates because that's when the item will be arriving at my door. As for the damaged item even if the item wasn't damaged I would get a full refund of purchase price and postage.
This company seems like a totally amateur backstreet company and I've had enough of toing and froing, time for visa to sort it out.

Good Afternoon Mr Eggington

Your order was placed over a weekend (Saturday afternoon) and was processed on the Monday and dispatched on the Tuesday.

As per our emails and Terms & Conditions on our website the faulty item can be returned to us and we will reimburse you the standard Royal Mail postal charge to return the item to us along with your complete order as soon as it has been inspected.

To allow us to verify the fault we do need the goods back hence asking you to post them too us, we do not offer postal labels as explained in the emails.

*We have clearly asked you to return the item for inspection and if it is indeed faulty we will reimburse the standard postage cost you pay to return the item to us...We can not be any clearer that we DO refund customers postage for faulty goods being returned to us but to inspect them we do require them back.*

On website, but they don’t sell anymore!

Again ordered an item that does not exist, so why still on the website?! Been waiting for decorators coveralls and now going to have to wait for a refund before I can order more (from a different website) as I’m short of cash! Really not happy that they didn’t give me a refund soon as they realised they didn’t have it in stock, instead they try to sell me other ones that I don’t want. Why not call me? Not good
