I bought a pair of helly hansen magni workbooks. unfortunately after 2 weeks one of the bottom lace eyes become detached. I contacted Mammoth and was given two options, a full refund or a new pair of boots. other than the damage, these are the best boots i've worn in 30 years of working on site. i choose the new boots. Now the most amazing thing was, Mammoth did not ask for the old boots to be returned.
I cannot thank them enough for their prompt delivery of items and customer care.

Placed my order on 10/5/17, very easy process, realised on 11/5/17 that I'd made a mistake. I emailed Mammoth that evening asking them to correct my mistake, awkward as it was the weekend, they quickly replied saying they would fix the problem I'd caused. Excellent website. Excellent prices. Excellent product (Dickies) and above all excellent service

Been looking for a good supplier of good quality T shirts for a while now. Made a stab at trying this company and ordered three heavy shirts in different colours. Arrived when they said they would, quality and colour are fine, first wearing of one of the shirts feels very good. Happy with this company as my supplier.

Great selection of coats and Hi Viz work wear. Something for everyone.I hand picked mine, suits me down to the ground. I wore the coat for three days which resulted in a severe rash down both sides of my torso and upper arms which took three weeks to recover from and I am almost sure it was this coat. I stopped wearing it and the rash eventually went. They can use harsh chemicals in the production process of jackets like these.... If you have sensitive skin, buyer beware....several weeks of misery. WASH IT FIRST

sent a request for a quotation for Snickers work wear on Thursday 10th November 2016 - evening and got a response on Saturday 12th November asking for our company logos.
I've had to phone everyday since to just get a quotation - now Thursday 17th November and I've just received it.
Prices seem to be a little higher than elsewhere for snickers (around 10-15%) and with the number of phone calls it has taken to get a quote. I think I will order from another supplier that want to provide better customer service.

Have not received my composite safety boots as yet but I'm sure they
will wear wonderfully!!!!!

Just ordered a pair of blacklader 1510x1500 painters trousers. I'm from Australia and am blown away by the range of painters clothing, very excited and cant wait to receive them..nothing like this in Australia!

Great quality camoflage jacket, size as described, delivery prompt and good customer service.

I was very impressed and surprised by getting a reply to an email on Sunday afternoon ... I wasn't expecting anything until Monday morning. The sales team were very helpful when I had problems placing an order (because of too much security on my laptop) and when I had to return and exchange 2 items. The Mammoth store has a large selection of practical work clothing for women - & no pink stitching in sight :-)

Ordered some corfra trousers which web site said where in stock
Waited no sign of order sent email and was told no they on order from Italy .
Another wait another email, sorry there is delay .
Finally I was given a delivery date, once again no trousers.
Sorry mr mills Fedex made a mix up but it's sorted now you will have your order 26th Jan, well surprise surprise no trousers. .
Mamouth workwear Are a joke if you need some work clobber yes mamouth have a good range of clothing trouble is your lucky to get it. My advice is go else where

we brought several polo shirts and fleeces which were branded with our company logo, highly recommended

I've been searching for a number of specialist products, as I deal with hazardous materials - safety is very important to me. I found Mammoth Workwear through a recommendation from a friend, and I was massively impressed with the selection of safety gear they have available! I would recommend these guys to anybody!

I live in Australia and rescue wildlife from bushfires, Our rescue teams wear red fire retardant clothing. Finding a high quality product in that color in Australia is very difficult. I ordered the Helly Hansen oban flame retardant jacket and Wenaas trousers from Mammothworkwear. They arrived in Australia less than 3 weeks after I placed the order and are both high quality products. I have just placed another order. Cheers Trevor

I usually don't take time to write reviews for any company unless they really impress me, or I am highly disappointed. I have to say Mammoth Workwear has probably impressed me more than any other firm I have ordered from (I do a LOT of on-line shopping).
I have been searching for a particular Carhartt Jacket that I really wanted - found it here at Mammoth and took a chance and ordered, even though I live in the U.S. Almost unbelievable! Ordered on a Sunday(my time) and it was delivered here in the state of Iowa on Friday(my time)! WOW!
----- AND THE BEST PART ------- EVEN WITH SHIPPING IT COST ME $65 LESS THAN THE BEST PRICE I COULD FIND HERE IN THE STATES!
Oh Yeah, the jacket is exactly the one I was looking for.

Ordered lots of items, arrived in 7 working days, well packaged. All came as one delivery, waterproofs, boots, safety goggles, ear protection, gloves and boot laces. Great prices and I'm really impressed with the quality (usually buy cheap buy twice!).

Highly recommended, I for one will definitely be using them for all my PPE. So thank you Mammoth!

Decided to buy 3 products I was after from Mammoth workwear as they stocked all 3 and would save me less hassle buying individually from other online retailers.
One product that was listed as in stock in all sizes was not in fact in stock. This took them 3 full working days to notify me. They also stated that delivery would be straight away for products that were in stock. A week later and still waiting to receive me products.

Dissapointed with the service and when contacted regarding an explanation they simply kept ignoring my questions and only provided delivery updates. wont be using again.

I am from Australia and lost my favourite beanie. The only place I could find one was Mammoth Workwear. When I placed the online order the automatic freight calculation was very high. I emailed and asked if there was another alternative. I received a response as soon as their office opened and was offered a very satisfactory solution. I was sent a PayPal Invoice that day and my order was processed immediately. I have now received my beanie just 1 week later across the other side of the world.
