Rubbish company. Worked for them for over 7 years got gross misconduct without any notice period paid for serious negligence explaining it as in disciplinary outcome letter : "Company believes the trust and confidence placed in you as its employee has been completely undermined" .

HR does not care about you and management is 2 faced only only pretending they helping and care about you but in reality they care about their own business. And slag you off behind your back.

Worked with them for three months.
They don’t look after their people at all.
30 minutes break in 12 hours shift even though my contract say 1 hour break.
I complained but no solution.
Management has pride in them of being manager don’t even shake hand and this is next level of racism. Zero chance of growth within company.
Good thing is pay ontime. HR reply your calls and emails.
Can take days off on notice.
Training programs are good.

Employees assaulted multiple people at a large event that this company was hired for. They were high on illegal substances and have touched people inappropriately. They seem to hire a bizarre mixture of thugs and pederasts.

Think twice about using these clowns to secure your business. MAN Commercial Protection Ltd are absolute Jokers sending guards that are complete misfits in every possible way. The contracts Manager is a liability and still sends out guards that are medically unfit to do the job behind the clients back.

It's outrageous for MAN Commercial to be using guards who have previously had heart attacks and passed out on the job. Seriously, how on earth does a 35 stone security guard with breathing difficulties in flip flops unable to walk keep your business safe?

MAN Commercial are appalling service providers who will send anybody to cover a shift. It's beyond shocking and very uncomfortable to be working with such people. The client is basically paying MAN Commercial to use its premises like a fast food restaurant.

All these guards do is pig out eating all day. On a normal 12 hour shift I personally witnessed one grossly overweight guard consume the following:- 5 x litre of full fat coke, 2 x giant size cadbury chocolate bars, 2 x 6 pack of Walkers crisps, handfuls of toffee bars and later on he ordered a 12 slice meat feast pitza with chips and this was just his evening feed.

The rest of the shift he was in zombie mode feeling lethargic unable to move watching TV, sleeping in the corner with the clients electric fire blasting away. They are also using too many agency workers that can't speak proper English who arrive for work inappropriately dressed, without proper uniform or possession of the SIA licence.

Many deliberately arrive in Tracksuits knowingly aware they will not be able to do patrols without the PPE High Visibility coats. The contract Manager is a waste of space and never responds to your email if you complain.

This company has already lost a major big well known branded contract Amazon Warehouse and dozens of smaller ones through bad management. It might also have something to do with dishonesty or members of the public complaining about the behaviour of aggressive heavy handed staff. Generally guards with a bad attitude thinking they can go around bullying & intimidating vulnerable people at Festivals & Concerts.

If I could review 0 then I would! Awful, rude and very aggressive security. Do not recommend, highly unprofessional

The 'security guards' at Boomtown were nothing short of despicable, disgusting bullies. Absolute thugs. The way they treated customers at Boomtown was unacceptable. Don't hire this company. Boomtown had to fire them all. Save yourself the aggro and admin, and hire a better security firm. What an absolute joke and embarrassment. Hope it was worth it for you!

They got kicked off site at Boomtown as their staff abused their powers by assulting, bribing, selling drugs, stealing, and the list goes on. Some employees are undergoing criminal charges.

HR and management are in need of training, contracts manager is a spineless little man with no skills, CEO is only interested in event work, I worked for them for 5 years and in that time we had little to no support and rare visits to site, which given the above wasn't a bad thing.

First and foremost we need to take on board there are no bad company's, there are just bad people in them. that are bound the realms of culpability as they are protect.
Given the above they are willing to falsify documents and statements. Then submit them as evidence against a employee to protect them selves. I am sure they will state that I am disgruntled. however far from the true. I freely admit I am disappointed that this sort of behaviour is allowed to continue and supported. As this is the first time in my long experience in management.
I have taken the time to peruse all the posts revenue to this and I would like to say shocking however I can by Esperance state they are all factual may it be disgruntled or disappointment.
Moving forward the individual's and situation I have be involved with is nothing more than a fear tack tick and intimidations.
In closings there are some great members of staff that focus on improving the company's image and I applaud them they all do a brilliant job

This is a serious concern that needs immediate attention. MAN Commercial is not paying its subcontractors, and as a direct result, security staff working under them – including at Amazon Fresh sites in London – have not been paid for over a month.
This is not a minor payroll issue. People are working full-time hours, covering critical security roles, and receiving nothing in return. Many of us rely on this income to survive, and we are being treated with complete disregard.
Whether it’s mismanagement or deliberate stalling, this is a clear violation of ethical and legal standards. If Amazon is unaware of this situation – they need to be. Their name and brand are now tied to exploitation and silence.
Someone needs to take responsibility.
We expect immediate answers and payment. No more delays, no more excuses.

Honestly they used to be a good company but recently they've taken a good fully working system and tried to force through new practices which makes them an absolute nightmare to work for

1. You have to accrue your holiday allowance every month, if you book a holiday in say June for 2 weeks, you'll get paid for 6 days and the rest will be unpaid even though you haven't used any of your holiday allowance for that year.

This results in lots of people trying to take holiday in a very short space of time, also you can't book holiday if someone else is already off and you'll lose it if you don't use it. Basically backing all the guards into a corner

2. Any other security company lets you finish your shift when your relief officer shows up on site. Not with Man commercial, you have to sit there and wait because if you leave one minute early they will deduct it from your pay, they are that greedy even sent emails out stating it.

3. The software they use doesn't work half the time so you try to put a check call or book on/off through and the software won't allow it, this will result in you getting calls from control telling you you've missed it even though you have been trying.

Company needs to be held accountable for abusing its position writing lots of fake reviews on Glassdoor Jobs recruitment, Indeed Jobs, between 7th - 10th August 2024 and prior to that on Google my business which has a fake score of 4.3 mainly written by a certain group of people by looking at the names. These false reviews will not surprise anyone who knows how corrupt MAN Commercial already are. I have recently put a genuine 1 star review on Glassdoor Jobs stating some true facts about how this company has NEVER done any job performance appraisals for staff and that progression even after many years service is non existent.

The following day after my review went live to highlight my experiences someone from MAN Commercial Protection Head Office thought it was a good idea to write SEVEN almost identical word for word roughly 8 lines per fake 5 star reviews all on the same day. I had monitored MAN Commercials previous history and how often they replied to reviews on Glassdoor Jobs. Over past several years only 72 reviews showing with no regular internet traffic or visits from MAN or recent replies to any other posts, but then suddenly a big jump to 79! and scores from 2.2 - 2.9 with immediate favourable responses to all 7 fake reviews saying we are delighted you feel this way about our company!!

Those reviews could well be the downfall of this company's future because they are fraudulent, misleading and was deliberately written NOT spontaneous, but with the intentions of deceiving employees and potential clients. Made up nonsense coming from the amateurish staff they employ at head office. It's reckless cheating behaviour and serious abuse of power to be doing this type of malpractice 24/7. Company was warned on numerous occasions that it was being monitored, but out of pure desperation they decided to ignore this advice and take a chance, but now we have all this incriminating evidence. They made some big mistakes as you will clearly see putting those bogus reviews together.

I guarantee whoever wrote them will be thrown under the bus and unlikely to be working for MAN Commercial for much longer. Unless of course it's someone from senior management who will by now panic and be thinking who to blame! If you're that cocky and arrogant you deserve to be named and shamed and have this scandal exposed all over the internet. The owners at MAN Commercial must think we are all thick and worried about someone who is a plastic gangster. All respect for this company was lost many years ago after I learned about their obnoxious behaviour towards staff and how they will set you up to fail if they dont like you.

Just completed a 3 day CCTV training course and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The course was delivered in a professional manner with great training facilities and friendly and knowledgeable staff available to assist along the way. The premises are spotless and facilities fantastic. The content of the course was excellent and everyday I left feeling I had gained knowledge I will retain which will benefit my future career. I cannot recommend the training I received more.

MAN Commercial throwing its weight around taking liberties and abusing staff treating them like mechanical objects. Management over stepping the mark and crossing boundaries way out of its league is bound to get your company bad publicity and ruin your reputation even further. They should start thinking about all these harmful negative reviews that will never go away. The MAN empire can fall down at any moment if they lose just one big contract and get unlucky just once.

MAN Commercial likes to exaggerate about what it can offer and do for your career... It's all one big con to get your attention and make you believe you will be earning good money if you stay with them. False promises and misrepresentation about invisible job opportunities that don't exist sums this company up. A very superficial security provider who talk flash, but can't deliver. Giving staff false hopes by promising them the earth at initial interview. Not one pay appraisal in five years working for them. Nothing just basic salary minimum wage with no bonus or anythink to show appreciation. The only reason I tolerated working for such a low paying company like MAN Commercial was my age near retirement and close location, infact 20 minutes walking distance from home. Work colleagues have been fantastic, but others associated with admin at headquarters have given me a headache and run around when I needed help. Do not join this company if your hungry for success because you will be extremely disappointed indeed.

Terminated my probation offering no reason on the ninth month

A company who don’t care , I tried so hard to train at my job and just when I got it all down to a T , they let me go , giving no reasons , I asked 4-5 times they just blanked my questions, you’re under immense pressure at all times for a minimum wage ,
The loss of this job put me under huge financial pressure for no reason I was left jobless , no dismissal offence was committed, just off loaded like many other employees

Me and another couple of peeps was kept as hostage and bullied in bmx4 by man commercial protection Ltd security after work hours to demand respect for themselves. U don't get respect if not earned.

Company MAN Commercial Protection Ltd has not done themselves any favours by uploading a recent YouTube video trying to falsely promote themselves. I recognised one of the guys in the picture as someone who has served time in prison for GBH with a string of previous violent convictions who use to work for them on the payroll. They need to get rid of whoever uploaded that 3 minute video or sack the Public Relations team they hired, because clearly they haven't done any bona-fide background checks and it is misleading and bad representation to other security providers who are unaware. I won't publish his name to avoid MAN further embarrassment, but these are not the sort of people MAN Commercial should be associating themselves with. It is only fair people should be made aware about the type of employees they hire. I will also exercise my right to put this review on other platforms to get my point across. This review needs a wider audience because MAN Commercial are total hypocrites always bragging and wrongly boasting how trustwothy they are, so let's balance the scales by sharing the other naughty side to MAN Commercial. They may have taken it down after reading this on another platform, but this attempt to further promote the company is in bad taste and showing off in front of the CPO centre has back fired on them.

Garbage company with highly questionable business practices taking place each day. Very dodgy security firm. Got gruby fingers in places they shouldn't have. Interfering with peoples personal business and messing around with employees money.

It's a security company with appalling customer service and treats its security guards badly. They have managed to keep a high ranking score on Trustpilot for ages now around 1.7 stars.
