Company MAN Commercial Protection Ltd has not done themselves any favours by uploading a recent YouTube video trying to falsely promote themselves. I recognised one of the guys in the picture as someone who has served time in prison for GBH with a string of previous violent convictions who use to work for them on the payroll. They need to get rid of whoever uploaded that 3 minute video or sack the Public Relations team they hired, because clearly they haven't done any bona-fide background checks and it is misleading and bad representation to other security providers who are unaware. I won't publish his name to avoid MAN further embarrassment, but these are not the sort of people MAN Commercial should be associating themselves with. It is only fair people should be made aware about the type of employees they hire. I will also exercise my right to put this review on other platforms to get my point across. This review needs a wider audience because MAN Commercial are total hypocrites always bragging and wrongly boasting how trustwothy they are, so let's balance the scales by sharing the other naughty side to MAN Commercial. They may have taken it down after reading this on another platform, but this attempt to further promote the company is in bad taste and showing off in front of the CPO centre has back fired on them.

Garbage company with highly questionable business practices taking place each day. Very dodgy security firm. Got gruby fingers in places they shouldn't have. Interfering with peoples personal business and messing around with employees money.

It's a security company with appalling customer service and treats its security guards badly. They have managed to keep a high ranking score on Trustpilot for ages now around 1.7 stars.

Man Commercial Protection is run by con artists bindless lying conniving and backstabbing want to look professional. Managers won’t help you. Their main point is to have more clients while their security guards are being suspended for any tiny thing, even when it's not their fault. This business will leave you stressed out and with no money for the hours you've done for them. No need to mention, you can't feel proud of the company you work for. From Difficult to Not Possible to maintain even a 2-star level of satisfaction.

The upper management was terrible. Rude and unprofessional. Employees are overworked and not valued. Very high turn over rate. Chaotic structure, not clear instructions to be followed. I resigned the contract because I chose to save my sanity and peace of mind.

Man Commercial Protection is a corrupt business of liars and deceivers. Very toxic place to work with spiteful management. Constant lies from upper management. No respect or direction from supervisors, only blame. Any job in the area would be better than this one.

Snakes work and run this place. I'm honestly not sure how they are still an operating business. There are a lot of shady things going on, and the truth will soon come out about this company and the corrupt people who run it and blame their failures on their employees.

Bullies this company took over my site And keep trying to change my contract every year they make changes and bully you with take it or leave it you have no rights with this company as for HR they don’t care and are same as the mangers don’t care about your rights what a shame

Got the job then job withdrawn 48 hr before start. 24hr later job offered again. Contract arrived addressed to someone else, 50 percent of staff that were there had left within 4 weeks and I had still received no training despite asking. Three weeks later, still no training so I gave notice and worked my full notice in a responsible manner THEN my uniform arrived.
On leaving I find that I am being deducted for the training though there was none with a fraudulent attempt at my signature.

I reported MAN Con-mercial to the CMA & SIA for fiddling online Google reviews and offering bribes to employees.

Dozens of its employees situated at MAN Commercials head office have left fake 5 star reviews on the company business page. All exaggerated of course and not allowed under Googles terms & conditions policy which they call " A conflict of interests " A simple search on Google brought up all the employee names on Linkedin.com showing what senior positions they hold within the company.

Not the brightest bunch working at MAN Commercial head office, although most are related with family ties you would think they would behave alot smarter and not be so dumb. It was so obvious something not right after two employees told me they had left bad reviews about not receiving overtime pay, but within hours they had disappeared. At least 30 negative reviews have been removed, even if a couple was false it still remains corrupt for MAN Commercial to be abusing its position by tampering with employees reviews.

I had serious suspicions about them and decided to monitor their online behaviour over a period of around 3 months. I discovered that they was fiddling Google business reviews and reported them to the Competition & Markets Authority and the SIA. Getting office staff to write favourable 5 star reviews is rampant at this security firm and has been going on for a very long time. ( see Aabheer Singh 5 year old Google review. ) Other security firms should complain who have lost out to winning contracts because of these deceitful acts by MAN Commercial.

In the past month alone I counted at least 20 positive reviews placed on its business page to bolster its ratings. They obviously paid a SEO company or have some sort of corrupt deal going on with a dodgy family member placing bogus positive reviews to keep its Google score at 3.8 stars. Even their Google front business page is corrupt with only hand picked reviews. Luckily I was on the ball and managed to take 30 screenshots to prove which ones they manipulated and removed including all of the names of genuine people who left a criticising bad review about MAN Commercial recently as follows:-

MAN Commercials Google score has never dropped below 3.8 stars, although if all the negative posts was to be resurrected and put back on the owners business page the company would be showing around 2 stars. That would be the true accurate score and nobody would hire them or use them for security services. MAN obviously has full control of the Google My Business Account which allows the owner to modify, edit or remove negative reviews.

These are all serious fraudulent activities all designed to deceive potential customers and make his company look better than it is. They cannot manipulate or change any other reviews across other platforms and thats why they are all showing between 2 or 3 stars max which is a true reflection on how badly this security business is riddled with corruption and fraud.

They needed to be reported to both the Competition & Markets Authority and the Security Industry Authority for bad business practices. I have receipts and confirmation emails to prove I have taken this matter further. ( available on request ) MAN must of thought they was untouchable and everybody was terrified to report them. Even if the Authorities do nothing I have enough evidence to share across all the media platforms to expose them and prove what a rotten horrible cheating firm they are.

On companies House public records and during the financial year 2021 the company made advances to the Directors of £284,458 and also during the same year additionally, dividends of £1,176,190 were payable by the company to the Directors. Almost one and a half million was paid to the TWO Directors who are related through marriage. (guess who!)

I had worked for this company around 8 years and was promised a small pay rise of 50p hour to do Supervisor roles. Not much, but every little helps when only receiving minimum wage and the current UK poverty situation. So I politely wrote the Human Resources a brief email reminding and asking when my pay rise was going to go ahead quoting my previous discussion with the Director now CEO.

To my astonishment they said " WE DON'T DO PAY RISES " and I was not to be hassling them anymore because the company was struggling and had just lost a big contract. When I asked which contract they became evasive and said it's not important for me to know. The MAN Commercial control room who deal with every single contract and alarm activation did not have any evidence to support the Human Resources false claims about losing a contract nor did the cowardly Director back me who I thought to be extremely two faced.

Basically they got me to sign for training, pay and do all the courses, but did not want to increase my wages once I was fully up to date with qualifications. A big lesson learned never trust MAN Commercial to honour it's promises or give out deserved promotions to loyal staff. A handshake from these ungrateful people means nothing. They are money grabbers and will never look after you.

This company is way over-rated and will soon lose its fizz when the Bubble bursts. Very soon a big contract is going to realise what a big mistake it made and terminate all dealings with them and drop them for real. The trouble with MAN Commercial is that they are too cocky for their own good. Bragging and showing off prancing around will do them no favours long term. Just like John Murphy said they have become too big for their own boots and think they are untouchable terminating the animal sanctuary contract he had with them.

They claim to have a high retention rate amongst employees, but that seems to be massively exaggerated when they use agency staff and have nothing to offer always paying minimum wage. I predict more staff leaving, many more employment tribunal cases and a pile more bad reviews that will cause further harmful destruction to the company. Stay away and go work for a decent company that appreciates you more. It must very embarrassing being part of this organisation, the only salvation is the fact that if your stupid, you will not realise it.

Worked at Redrow Homes on a contract for Man Commercial patrolling properties. Owner was very rude to me when I visited the security office to query my £800 wages on more than one occasion. He told me not to keep pestering him for the price of a round of drinks. Fobbed me off in arrogant patronising manner and made me feel worthless saying come back on Monday morning and speak to HR. I left this company shortly after and told my son to stop working for them aswell because they expected him to work in total darkness guarding a house on a 12 hour night shift. After complaining the owner of Man sarcastically said if your scared of the dark your in the wrong job. He was not interested in my welfare or employees working conditions making remarks like that.

A lot of naughty things going on at this security company behind closed doors and all covered up, kept in house because it's a family run business with nobody checking on them. They claim to be a good company, but what they don't tell you is that 90% office staff are all connected, married or in a romantic relationship, so they can bend the rules knowing they got back up. A lot of good guys was coerced to leave MAN Commercial because they was treated really badly and was never valued or respected. They have numerous employment tribunal cases lodged against them for abusing employment laws which they never comply with.
When I worked for them they messed me about and gave me the run around, especially when I sent them my invoice 4k for VIP work. Despite my best efforts to get paid what was owed to me, I had to personally visit the Directors office in person to collect money that we agreed before the job started. Over the years I had done a load of personal security for them looking after high profile pop bands at concerts, but when it came to getting paid things became awkward, delayed and a complete headache never straight forward. After patiently waiting for over a week I reluctantly decided to pay him unannounced visit at man HQ. As expected the 4k he owed me for that month was short by £200. I managed to keep my cool, but it was a delicate frustrating situation that very nearly ended up in a fight. He was trying to goad me by saying " IF I OWE YOU ANY MORE MONEY " take it out on my face. In other words he wanted me to punch him in the face and attack him. A stupid and dangerous thing to say considering his office is made up of etched glass panels. No way would I jepordise or run the risk of losing my security Door Supervisor badge to such bait. The Director is a proper wind up merchant trying to provoke and get people in trouble. From day one the man thinks he is untouchable abusing his position to play dirty tricks on people if things are not going his way. His glass office is littered with HD CCTV cameras, so only a fool would fall for his antagonistic ways. I've got no reason to doubt others that shared similar horror stories that are floating about online and all over the internet. Every single negative review and people who bad mouthed this company are telling the truth in my opinion.

I have worked for MAN Commercial Protection Ltd for 8 weeks, just a short time, my experience is that firstly it was the best move I have ever made and secondly the company is the most professional company I have ever had the privilege to work for, the company ethics is second to none, staff development, great staff retention, friendly open door policy, I am so so proud to be part of an ever growing company that has got it right, ever day is a positive day, we are moving in the right direction, once again very proud to be a part of it, thank you Iain and the management team for all your guidance and reassurance. The amount of abuse coming from the owner towards his staff over the years is frightening. On a daily occurrence he was making threats and putting fear into employees. Causing them alarm and distress by blatantly saying he knows people in high places who owe him favours and that he may need to call on them to sort staff out. At the main office head quarters in Solihull the CEO of MAN Commercial Protection Ltd always had henchmen near by to rely on. Kevin Webster a cage fighter and YouTube sensation worked for them and was allocated a permanent office job just to make cups of tea. Another henchman called Bod worked at Star City complex in Birmingham and was paid to make several unannounced visits to staffs houses. A formidable looking fella, bald and well over 6ft with a crazy look in his eye. At the request of the CEO he was sent to intimidate staff who had spoken badly about the company and try to persuade staff to remove negative reviews. Can you believe the cheek and mentality of this person who is in charge of a big security company. Incredible nasty behaviour that has resulted in the CEO needing his own personal Bodyguard after making dozens of enemies. I think he has become extremely paranoid believing people are going to jump out on him. The old saying goes " what you sow is what you reap " MAN Commercial has advertised Dene Josham as its new Security trainer, but in fact looking into his background he is a professional Close Protection Officer who specialises looking after the rich and famous, including business CEO on his website. He can not fool me a streetwise old timer who was gobsmacked after seeing a recent photo of the CEO I was absolutely stunned, shocked and amazed at how much he has aged and almost unregnisable if you was to compare a photo from two years ago. Considering all that money, bragging and privileged life style he has not aged well at all. The stress must be taking its toll on him and karma has caught up with looking like and old man of 70.

They are big time con-artists with history going back since 1995 theiving hours off clients and stitching up employees who don't bow down to them. The Director at Bristol Street Motors in Birmingham threatened to issue legal proceedings against MAN Commercial to recover substantial 5 figure over payments for invisible security guards that MAN said it supplied. They was even charging the maximum of 4 mobile visits a night when CCTV was not working during the hours of darkness. The clients had no way of checking, so MAN took advantage creaming the life out of it. Mobile Supervisors told me they only did a single patrol to save money on fuel, but invoices showed multiple fake visits. Birmingham City Council contract also had major discrepancies on invoices and they further terminated all dealings with them. In 2018 the government pension providers NEST sent out letters to all of MAN employees warning them about missing pension contributions taken from staffs wages. Twice they was reported to the pension regulator for breach of their legal duties not passing over deductions. Instead it was sitting in a high interest Bank Account earning money from stolen pension pot funds. Dodgy and suspicious activities are happening frequently at MAN Commercial. You will never find a more wretched hive of rogue behaviour and villainy in the entire universe. A total embarrassment to the security industry who are suppose to be raising standards not allowing these type of cowboys to operate.

It's got to be the worst by far security provider in this country to work for. It's all about the narcissistic management and the CEO before the welfare of staff. They couldn't care less what happens to you as long as you turn up on site. You will only ever get a pay rise with these cowboys when the government increase minimum wage. On social media this company loves to show off and tell people every time they win a contract.

Most of the cherry picked favourable testimonials have come from family related members or office staff with shares in the company. Glad to be leaving and super excited with my new job offer with G4S. Can't wait to receive my £50 back from MAN for supplying my naff cheap uniform and fleece that's not even waterproof.

Man Commercial is a fantastic company to work both with and for. My personal experience has always a positive one and the Director Iain is a true Gentlemen. He will always get stuck in when needed and would never ask someone to do something he would. They haven't won the 2021 Business of the year award for no reason. I would highly recommend this company as an employer or to hire for any Security work that you may require.

Absolute terrible company to work for , lies lies lies all along the way , no decent management, I would be surprised if the contracts manager we had could spell contract ! No clue whatsoever on running a contract , worst manager I have ever had , no communication and not bothered about the staff , man seem to use agency instead of getting regular reliefs and they are useless ! The company is one big mess ! I would not recommend anyone going to work for these unscrupulous people ! Avoid avoid avoid !
And I did work for man , so please do not put your generic reply as you usually do in your comments saying that I’ve never worked for you and someone is sending these reviews out of spite ! I was an employee and thankfully not now ! You need to buck your ideas up and try to run a company for the employees also , not just fobbing the clients off at every attempt ! Shocking company !
