Truthfully your better off not listening or trusting anything they spout off about which is always misleading and pretentious nonsense. This company never delivers on its promises, they feed you a load of garbage at interview then leave you rotting on a site for years expecting you to not say a word. The worst security company for getting you depressed. Stay at home and learn a worthy course instead of wasting your life at MAN Commercial.

The Director/owner should for the sake of the company find a proper professionally trained HR manager, rather than giving the title to his wife Tracy who will always unfairly only act in favour of the company regardless of the facts. She is not qualified for this senior trusted position and it's apparent in the way she handled my grievance including a shed load of recent complaints. Collecting glasses working behind the bar in a pub as a previous job does not give you the business skills or understanding needed for such a high profile role. Learn to respect the staff,Doorsupervisors badge holders who work long 12 hour shifts, 6 days each week for your pittance minimum wage while your sitting at home your dogs planning your next holiday. Every organisation shows a level of respect to their employees,but your company Man commercial protection and the amateur individuals Managers Supervisors you have working for you have zero respect for others around them

Very very bad company bordering on fruad when they ask for money to hand over T.U.P.E files when they lost a contract. The Director wanted £50 for each employee details and refused to do the right thing.

Company becoming more embarrassing than ever making fools of themselves saying all the negative reviews online are coming from one ex-employee. ( Wow really what a stupid thing to say ) I think MAN should wake up and realise how many guards its sacked over the years.

I have read many reviews and what about all these namby Pamby fake 5 star posts I keep reading coming from young wet behind the ears naive office girls keep posting. Everyone of them still doing 8 weeks probationary period. They all seem to have a lot to say about Man commercial all claiming the company is so wonderful and fluffy. How did these people become so familiar and fit in so many experiences after 8 weeks.

They never worked on a site or spent time with managers only making cups of tea when asked. Man commercial must think we was all born yesterday to believe any of this.

Dozens of MAN Commercial Protection sites up and down the country have violated basic social distancing protocols. Workers are being forced to work in tiny security huts with colleagues under conditions that broke the two meter apart rules.
Our office on lockdown had 4 security guards all working under each others feet. To make this happen worse each 12 hour shift I had a different guard turning up and we all had to share the same toilet.
A ridiculous dangerous situation that has put us all at risk from catching the coronavirus bug. Company not bothered about your Health & Safety only interested in how much money it can make by supplying as many guards as possible. When Al this blows over people should boycott them and never use their services.

Don't kid yourself or think that are this company Man commercial cares about you. If your taken poorly on site all that matters to man is who will cover your shift nothing else.

Contrary to other believes it's a rubbish business not caring at all for your welfare and they don't give a damn about loyalty and looking after you. Once they got you through the door it's over all the promises fade away.

Too many family members working at head office interferring with peoes lives. Not a worthy company and at no time did I feel secure working for them. Trying to bend over backwards to please them was hard work.Everybody not related seems to be treading on egg shells because one minute your making cups of tea, then the managers come along making unreasonable announcements putting a dampener on the situation. So erratic at times you can't plan any future with them. Do not risk putting your whole career with them or think it's a job long term.its the sort of employer that will drop you like a hat if you say one word out of place or if they don't like you.The office department is too clucky with overly friendly couples tochy feely all day either married or connected in some way. If your not related by family ties you ain't got my h chance of suceeding or earning a pay rise.

I would need to use a Theseus to find appropriate words on how terrible this company is. I highly urge any possible future clients to stay clear. They have been a massive let down to my company and I feel I have wasted hard earned money on their services. After speaking to their officers I can only feel sorry for the unfortunate persons in their employment.

Was once a great company but lately it has deteriated with so man dodgy things going on. They are Opportunists taking advantage of hard up staff just before the festive season is to start. Encouraging staff to write and post favourable 5 star reviews over the internet in return for a £25 high street shopping vouchers for Xmas.
