First home - painless experience!
We have bought our first home with Mandale and the experience couldn’t have been smoother.
Diane was fantastic with advising us, and answering our many questions - nothing was too much and she always got back to us as quickly as possible.
The location is amazing and the house has been completed to an incredibly high standard - much better than what you say in many new build homes.
Even after moving in, Diane has helped out with any small queries we may have.
Overall, the experience of buying our first home has been ‘easy’. Mandale work with recommended solicitors and mortgage advisors, all who have been incredibly useful during the process. We would highly recommend!

Bought our new Mandale home at Hebble…
Bought our new Mandale home at Hebble Brook View and overall we have had a good experience.
Process started with our sales negotiator Diane who has gone above and beyond our expectations in the buying process. She was a big help to us throughout, always friendly, helpful and kept us well informed.
The site manager Chris was very friendly and efficient in handling our immediate snagging items and nothing was too much trouble. He was available on the phone anytime of the day to discuss and look at any issues we had. Overall all the workmen we came into contact with on site were friendly and efficient.
Paula and Diane from customer services made sure our walk-through /handover and transition to completion went smoothly.
We are 4 months into our new home and are still very pleased with it, with better finishing touches than your average builder.
On-going customer care are looking after our interests on the mainly minor remaining items.
We are loving our new home and thank you to all involved.

Wonderful experience so far - 5 stars to Diane in particular!
Currently awaiting the keys to my new house at Hebble Brook, so I cannot yet comment on the full buying experience, but if the way I have been treated and kept informed thus far is anything to go by, it will be brilliant.
Diane has been just incredible; friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She has given me so much time to go through the options, on multiple occasions, while I made my mind up, and has also taken care of the newly laid lawn until I move in! Thank you Diane!
The development itself is in a wonderful location and spaciously laid out. I'll update the review once I am in :)

Fantastic service!
We bought our home from Mandale in November 2022 while it was just being built. We were unable to move in until late March 2023 due to expecting however the professional standard we have received has been incredible. The amount of choices that we were given to personalise our home was incredible and fitted to the highest standard. Diane Hargreaves is an absolute asset to Mandale homes. Nothing is ever too much, any snags were rectified quickly and she kept me well informed on any information we needed. She made such an impression that my parent in laws are also looking to buy on site and again, Diane has been invaluable. Chris the site manager has also been beyond incredible. Always checking in, making sure we had everything we need and sorted out any issues with a smile on his face. I would definitely recommend Mandale due to the customer service, the professionalism and the standard of home built.

First new build we’ve bought.
This is the first new build we’ve bought and we were surprised with what choices we had within the price. The house is lovely and in a fantastic location. The sales team were amazing and the aftercare team not far behind. Because we moved in whilst other houses were still been built if we had any issues they were resolved quickly.

Poor Customer Service and Slow Response
The customer service and also the speed of response is pitiful. I've had to constantly chase for snags to be attended to. We had a leak to our roof which was not attended to for a number of months.
It feels like an endless battle to get Mandale to rectify any of the issues that they are responsible for. We've also been told lies about work that had been completed when it hadn't.
Our expectations of a 'family run business' have not been met, but they sure as hell 'sell' that to you during the buying process.
Would not recommend over any other housebuilder. They know people need houses so they do what they want and customers are left to pick up the pieces and fight to get an acceptable home.

We visited the site only to rule it out of our property search, we thought we’d found our dream house elsewhere. From the moment we walked through the door of the show home we were warmly greeted by Diane and from that moment on we decided we wanted to buy from her! Her professional but friendly service has never waivered. Her knowledge, expertise and pride in the product is like no other property expert we have dealt with before. Great communication
I can’t fault the service that I’ve had so far from my Sales Negotiator Diane on the purchase of a property on the Hebble Brook View development. She has kept me informed all the way and has gone above and beyond what I would expect her job role is to enable me and my son to settle in as happily and easily as possible. FAULTY ELECTRICS INSTALLED
Now 3 days since I contacted Mandale Homes again to advise them that I had faulty wiring in my new home which had cause a power cut while the country was experiencing a prolonged time of freezing temperatures and still they have absolutely no care for their customers to actually get in touch.
Main fuse was found to have totally burnt out and first thing the electrician said was this is dodgy wiring.
Also gone on to find out that several of my neighbours, including myself were never issues with an electrical safety certificate to our new homes. One of these neighbours keeps asking, and getting no response.
It looks like Mandale are happy to employ shoddy tradespeople and when something backfires they don't even have to curtesy to get in touch and try to help...please if you are reading this avoid them....
