Ordered a week ago
Ordered a week ago. No response to communication and no notification that item has been shipped. Finally received a reply saying would refund shipping and give a discount as they would deliver it locally in about an hour. That was 4 days ago. Still have not received and no further reply to my inquiries.
Keep replying to their emails and yet they say they haven't received any response from me. Not quite sure what else I am supposed to do to contact them? Never asked for a refund or for the item to be delivered by one of their staff as they would not have access to my building. I am rarely home so if send by postal delivery, as was the point in the order, it would be delivered to my canada post mailbox. They can cancel the order altogether for all I care now as I have ordered the same product from another company and it was delivered within 24 hours with no issues.
Final update: Good luck to future buyers as apparently you can't contact this business via their email as they just continue to claim they never heard from you, even when you respond to their own email!

The reason we were offering the local delivery was to get your order to you faster vs sending it through Canada post and having you wait an additional 3-4 days after you left a negative review about not receiving your item within 1 week. Our standard policy is (1-3 days to fulfil orders and shipping can take up to an additioanl 8 days depending on the carrier). Your order was placed on a saturday and orders are not shipped on the weekends. As per our website when you placed your order our store was closed for 2 days on the Monday & Tuesday due to the winter storm that impacted our business at which point no orders were fulfilled or shipped out. We reached out on numerous occasions to try to reslove this issue with no response. We have gone ahead and cancelled your order and have given you a full refund as we have not recieved any direct contact from you and you only seem to be responding to this negative review. At Manetain Beauty Supply we strive to offer the best possible customer experience and customer service but in order to do so, we require active communication with our customers whenever there is an issue with our service.

Everything arrived sooner than…
Everything arrived sooner than expected, well packed and in good condition. I was able to find more of the products I wanted than at Sally's, and some were at better prices or on sale.
