We have just returned from our 2 week All Island Classic Tour in Sri Lanka with Mango Vacations, We had just the best time. Communicating with Mango Vacations was always really easy with very rapid responses to my many questions beforehand. Everything was really smooth running and we felt like VIPs for two weeks. Sri Lanka itself was incredible - so much to see and a country of exceptional beauty and the people were so amazingly friendly. A very special thanks must go to our amazing tour guide/driver Hassanka. He was always so helpful and knowledgeable and could not do enough for us - he really looked after the three of us always getting us to the front of any queue with pre-reserved access and brilliant seats for the cultural dance show and the whale watching tour. We would absolutely recommend Mango Vacations and would happily use them again - and anyone who has Hassanka as their guide is in very safe hands. R, C and J London UK

We are extremely happy to provide this review on the 14-day tour of some key attractions of Sri Lanka, a tour managed and organised by Mango Vacations. My wife and I booked this only a few days before the scheduled departure date and from the very first enquiry Nadeeka of Mango Vacations has been most helpful in making everything very clear about the tour. He was very courteous and professional in every regard.
Now comes to the tour where Thilina (our Guide) and Rohitha (our Chauffeur) took in charge of the travelling in the country. Being a small group tour made things very easy in a comfortable van which was arranged by Mango Vacations.
Thilina met us at the hotel in Negombo after making vital introduction on the first day and from that day he has cared for the two of us in every possible way. He checked on our wellbeing every day throughout the tour and was extremely courteous, generous and professional! Every day (night before the departure), Thilina made very clear to us where we are heading, places of interest that will be visited, where we are staying etc and hence made the whole tour a breeze. We found his company a most pleasant experience. I wish him well for a great future as a tour guide. Rohitha was excellent and generous too. He always had a smile on his face and drove us from place to place in a very caring manner.
On the whole, this 14-day tour met our expectations to the highest level. We visited some of the amazing places as stated in the tour guide: visited iconic places and historic sites, saw lots of wildlife, took some challenges in climbing mountains and enjoyed the unique food and beauty of Sri Lanka. Our tour was well paced so that there was adequate time to relax as well.
We highly recommend Mango Vacations and this tour to those who would like to see Sri Lanka.

We had the pleasure of doing a 13 day tour with Mango Vacations in April 2025. Our holiday exceeded all expectations with absolutely not a complaint. HASANKA was our guide and was an absolute joy to spend our time with. Hasanka spoke excellent English, really knew his stuff, drove amazingly safe, had an incredible sense of humour and he GENUINELY wanted us to have a memorable holiday in Sri Lanka - thank you Hasanka for the amazing time we had with you - Shaun and Debra (Australia).

Just did a Mango Vacations tour of Sri Lanka and we were extremely happy with it. Our driver Hasanka really looked after us, and I felt very safe with him driving. The car was clean and comfortable with good A/C. We saw a big variety of things - different kinds of things every day. The hotels were mostly great - better than I expected, with pools and big rooms. A couple of the hotels were not as good as the others, but they were OK. The good hotels were resort-style places. They were not in towns - one was on a lake, another was in a forest. Because of the locations we couldn't explore the town or walk to restaurants. But I assume some travellers would prefer such locations. I'd choose Mango Vacations again if I go to Sri Lanka again.

I joined a standard 13-day group tour through Sri Lanka as a female solo traveller. Our driver Pavithra and our guide Thili were super sweet and took good care of us. They were well-organized and punctual, and everything went smoothly and hassle-free. I felt safe with them.
All hotels were excellent and exceeded my expectations. However, some of them were located away from anything else with no food options nearby. The hotel for the 2 nights in Bentota was very far away from the beach, so I booked myself into a 10 USD homestay for 1 night in order to be able to enjoy the beach and get food.

We were a group 6 people with different abilities and ages. We had a driver and guide who both did an amazing job of assisting and adjusting our trip to accommodate our different needs and abilities. It would be better if the vans were equipped with a microphone so we could have gotten more information about the areas were passing through. There were some last minute changes to the itinerary that were super well communicated by the tour company, but that being said the guide was still receptive when we asked to do something else. We also felt like it would be even better if the days were planned to avoid too much activity in the middle of the day when the sun is strongest. Overall we had an amazing trip and are looking forward to coming back one day!

What an incredible Sri Lankan adventure of a lifetime!
The diversity offered was amazing.
Every day was different and our fabulous guide Thili made sure everything was perfect. His historical and cultural knowledge was very interesting, thorough and enlightening.
Our driver Waseem did a fantastic job navigating the crazy roads making sure our journey was smooth and comfortable.
Cannot recommend this tour company and our great companions enough.

We had 14-days Sri Lanka hiking and safari tour. We are very, very satisfied with our choice and our guide.
Our trip turned out to be very versatile. We didn't even expect to see so much. Our guide Hasanka offered us comprehensive support and everything was organized in advance. He was very good and calm driver. We are grateful that he pointed out important local nuances and explained a lot about local life and culture.
As we wanted to hike a lot, Hasanka gave his best to fulfill our wishes. He took us to gorgeous waterfalls and high mountain tops.
He was our guardian angel.

We have just finished a 2 week tour around the island of Sri Lanka with Thili (our guide) and Waseem (our driver), and I cannot speak highly enough about them. We had a great time and we were taken to some of the most amazing places. Nothing was too much trouble for Thili and Waseem during the tour, making sure that everything exceeded our expectations. Our thanks goes out to Mango Vacations and TourRadar for giving us the opportunity to see the best of Sri Lanka.

Very enjoyable trip. Very well organised by our tour guide Samantha accompanied by our very good driver Lochana. We visited many highlights of Sri Lanka, fully in line with my expectations and had a great holiday.

I had a nice time during the 7 day solo traveler group tour. Our guide Samantha made sure the tour was to our liking and Lochana drove us everywhere safely despite the crazy Sri Lankan traffic ;) They took good care of us and it was always important to them that we were happy.

There were only 3 people on the tour and we could decide what was important to us and the guides were very flexible. They offered us different options and very interesting stops and activities.

The hotels we slept in were all amazing and all our lunch breaks were in great restaurants.

Just as an info for other travellers: I have personally underestimated the distances we were driving. We spent a lot of time in the car to see everything on the itinerary.
I also thought one safari would have been enough.

The start of the trip was a bit confusing with a request from the company to start a day later so other people could join and then the itinerary swapped and changed a bit with some things getting missed off. However the company were great and gave me an extra nights accommodation and got me to Colombo for an early morning train to the north that I had booked and couldn't change, The tour guide Samantha and driver Luchano were lovely and extremely accommodating. They flexed with what we wanted to do and no request was too much. The hotels we were put up in were just beautiful and when we had a slight problem with one of the hotel rooms Samantha hit it changed the next morning.compared to slot if other companies it was great value for money as far as I am concerned. Only thing to note that though described as so yours its for couples too and the price advertised seemed to go up when I put in just one person. That said would definitely use them again. Really enjoyed it.

Our tour guide Thili and the driver Malith are all really really good. They are not only guided us with knowledge, but also with great help on all things. We are very grateful to have them accompany us all way through.

Our tour guide Mr Thilini was very jolly, cooperative, helpful, and ever ready to make our tour pleasant and a great success.
Drivers were skilled and safe. Hotels were nice, comfortable and thoughtfully selected. The itinerary is also well designed to cover the best in the country.

I enjoyed my tour and was very pleased with our thoughtful and helpful guide Thili and primary drivers Roshan and Rochan, as well as my two easy-going travel companions, who added to the pleasurable experience. Even after Thili left before my tour ended, he was always checking in to make sure things were going as smoothly as possible and acting as a conduit with Mango's head office. The hotels exceeded my expectations. Before and during the trip, Mango's office representatives responded quickly to my inquiries, but they didn't always provide answers and there was some confusion and miscommunication about my hotel early in the tour and my pick-up on the last day of it. These were just minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things, however. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country with friendly people and I recommend visiting it and to use Mango Vacations to organize and execute it.

Driver Pavi is very careful driver, entire 8 days i felt myself so safe and comfortable. The car is quite big, very clean and comfortable. Mango vacations is great company accepting to pick us at 04.30 am and drive us to Sigiraya which is 3 hours driving distance from Colombo airport. With Pavi guidance we could see much more than we planned and left Sri lanka with amazing memories.

Mango Vacation 2 weeks classic tour was perfect, very good level of hotels 🏨, kind and careful service provided my our Guide, Mr. Lucky, always present, same for divers 🚘.
They were always punctual and flexible for any request. We visited, natural heritages as National Parks, as well Ancient Ruins, Temples and others.

Keshara was an incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and knowledgeable guide who made this an amazing tour. He never hesitates to assist you in every situation even beyond what is required from a tour guide. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and our trip was jampacked with memorable experiences. My fellow travelers on the tour were also lovely people making this a great experience overall.

Our guide, Vishwa, was excellent and fun. He always made sure we were safe and took us anywhere we wanted to go as well as had great recommendations for restaurants when our meals weren't included. His knowledge is excellent of the history of Sri Lanka. The itinerary was excellent but would like one more national park to have visited. Felt a little isolated in Nuwara being there 2 nights. Would have been happy with just one. Great down time in Mirissa. Accommodations were better than I expected and as good in my opinion as ones we stayed at that were a 5 star on our India tour that was far more expensive than our 14 day tour of Sri Lanka. Great value for the money and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mango Vacations to anyone who inquires about my trip

Exploring the historic sites transported me to another era, while the breathtaking beaches provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The safaris were exhilarating, offering close encounters with Sri Lanka's diverse wildlife—a dream come true for any nature enthusiast.

Every day brought a new adventure and a deeper appreciation for this beautiful country. Sri Lanka's rich culture, warm hospitality, and stunning landscapes make it a destination I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a fulfilling and diverse travel experience.
