We found ourselves in an unfortunate situation four days into our Sri Lanka trip of needing to organise a driver. Mango Vacations organised a 14 day trip, starting in Weligama and ending in Colombo for us within 12 hours and it could not have turned out any better. Their communication from the start was warm and professional, they sent a representative on our first day to introduce us to our driver Pavithra.

We cannot thank Pavithra enough for how incredible he has been throughout our journey in Sri Lanka, from the moment he picked us up he has gone above and beyond to make our trip so memorable and special. Always punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and easy going he made getting from place to place a seemless experience. He also organised some excellent experiences; particularly Polonarawu, Pidgeon island NP, Yala & Minneriya NP (would definitely recommend using Mango Vacations preferred suppliers for these experiences) and was always ready to answer our questions about specific places.

It is also definetly worth noting Pavithra's helping my partner plan a proposal, suggesting a location and assisting us to get there and taking some very special photos (we have been asked if they have been taken by a professional photographer).

Hasanka was excellent. Thougtfull and helpfull all the way. He can advise you the best places to eat, the best viewing spots, best souvenir shops and whatever you like more. During our stay we got to know each other better and we were like friends. If you are looking for someone you can trust and just takes an extra step for you Hasanka is your man. True gentleman all the way!

Our trip around Sri Lanka's countryside, historical centre and coastline was incredibly diverse, entertaining and enriching for our entire family. However, what really made our holiday so special was our driver and guide Vishwa, who went above and beyond in making the tour as comfortable, uncomplicated and enjoyable as possible. Without his knowledge and passion for showing us what Sri Lanka has to offer, we certainly would not have seen nearly half as many places. As cliché as this sounds, after 2 weeks of travelling around together, Vishwa truly became a good friend, as we got to know each other better and he would always be down to join our activities and dinners. He is a great driver but even better person, extremely caring and fun to be around. If you find yourself looking for a tour around Sri Lanka, I could not recommend Vishwa enough, you won't regret choosing him.

Our driver and tour guide Vishwa; he is too good

What a great tour. It was the best way to see Sri Lanka without having to worry about transport, accomodation and getting everywhere. Vishwa who was my own personal everything from guide to driver to security (not that i needed it here) to recommending some awesome add ons for me to do. From cities, to mountains, to beaches and elephants feeding and turtles. Can not fault anything we have done.

We couldn't have wished for a better driver. By the end of the tour Vish, our driver, felt more like a friend than a driver. He is really informative and helpful.Also when you book him you have a personal photographer, as he loves taking pictures. He is more than happy to help with booking hotels and is good at recommending places to eat. He is very flexible and you can count on him. Vish is also guiding walks to famous sites. He also checks your room to make sure everything is ok for you. The best experience and we couldn't imagine a better way to tour Sri Lanka.We will miss him. 12 out of 10. Could not fault him.He is the best.

Sri Lanka was amazing, and our guide Vishwa definitely made the trip. He was really helpful with everything and overall an amazing guide with a lot of knowledge. The itinerary was also really good, and I really recommend both Mango vacations and Vishwa as the guide. Definitely ask for Vishwa as a guide if you’re booking with Mango Vacations. An unforgettable trip.

I booked a 8-day tour with Mango recently. The tour was amazing! I had a lot of communications with Mango before the trip. They were responsive and provided accurate information. Their price for the trip as fair. Hotels thru chose for me were generally excellent. The driver/tour guide Sidath was incredible. He made it his mission to make sure we would have a good trip. I would not hesitate to Book with Mango again.

We went on a tour from Colombo-Kandy-Pinnawalla-Galle. Our driver Dilan was very helpful & friendly. It was great that our itinerary reflected our interests and the driver was very flexible. The car was up to standard and clean& Dilan’s driving safe.

We booked the "Sri Lanka Island Grand Tour All inclusive 12 Days (Private Tour)" with Mango Vacations and we really recommend it to everyone! It allows flexibility but also provides comfortable benefits such as a car (nice for the luggage) and a reliable person throughout the tour.
The communication with Nadeeka was truly amazing and very uncomplicated. He even wrote us before our Flight to Sri Lanka.

Furthermore we enjoyed the flexibility mango vacation offers. When the weather for the Yala Safari was not very good our driver organized within minutes a Plan B. So when booking this Tour a maximum of flexibility is granted which we really appreciated.

We also want to mention our Driver and Tour Guide throughout our Tour called Vishwa. He would check each Hotel Room personally. He has a wonderful Character, was funny and by the way a very talented photographer - I can't remember, when my partner and I had such nice pictures of us together :-)
Everything worked fine, Vishwa was on time when picking us up at the airport and even already brought as a SIM card for the mobile phone.
The whole organisation from the beginning to the end of the tour was very reliable!

I had an amizing time with my group members who I met at the tour and our Tourgide/ driver and security man ( he was all in one). I decided to stay in the cheaper hotels, but also this hotels looked very luxery, or they had an amazing view to Sigyria and to the mountains of Ella.
We saw a lot of things, Sidath the driver knew a lot about every sightseeing point and when we needed something like a coconut, water or money he always made a stop to get that.
Sometimes the company Mango vacation changed a hotel reservation in the last minute, on the first day there was an organisational problem and Mango vaccation should change the name, because the nightlive was not the plan for the tour, but I prevered that anyway. 😄

We had a lovely family holiday in beautiful Sri Lanka with mango vacations and Vishwa as our driver / tour guide :)

Sri Lanka is surrounded by stunning jungle mountains, abundant tea plantations, dreamy waterfalls and crystal clear oceans. It was a truly magical time to be back in one of our favourite places after so many years.

Mango vacations provided excellent service and our driver was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to meet our needs at all times and was extremely attentive to us all.

We had an amazing 3 weeks vacation in Sri Lanka. We are a family of 2 children and 2 adults. Amal - our guide - met us at the airport and drove us in a spacious, comfortable van according to the agreed itinerary: Negombo, Anuradhapura, Trincomalee, Habarana, Kandy, Kithulgala, Ella, Hikkaduwa, Colombo. Amal helped us communicate with the locals, at the markets, hotels, provided with valuable practical information. He also recommended some interesting places to visit, like turtle farm and river safari, that are not on top of regular tourist guides. The spice garden was a waste of time in my opinion and some of the recommended restaurants were too expensive and not woth a visit. So consider checking the place in advance if it meets your expectations.
We had no problem communicating with the driver, but for better experience I recommend hiring a guide for visiting temples and excursions.

We had to pay extra for replacing one city with another, even though the total driving distance didn't increase.

In general, we had a great time in Sri Lanka, thankfully Amal from Mango Vacations.

Words can’t describe how much my family and I have enjoyed our trip to Sri Lanka! Vishwa, our tour guide, was an absolute gem and we’re incredibly glad to have met him during our time in Sri Lanka. He made our experience very enjoyable by recommending great places to try local favourites, being an amazing photographer, and making us feel safe and supported during the entire tour. Vish is also incredibly chivalrous and was always there to lend a hand whenever we needed his help. He has a wide breadth of knowledge, you can ask him about anything from local animals and fruits to history and politics, he knows it all! Not only did he share his insider tips with us, Vish was always so accommodating to any changes we wanted to make to our itinerary. Vish is also an amazingly skilled driver and was able to navigate all the difficult roads we encountered with ease. His vibrant personality, caring nature, quick wit, and smiling face made 12 days of our tour fly by! We can’t wait to see him on our next visit to Sri Lanka!

I can't find the words to describe how happy I am that I decided to visit Sri Lanka with Mango Vacations! The memories I made are absolutely priceless and I have Nadeeka and Hasanka to thank for this.
First of all I want to compliment the services prior to booking: Nadeeka exchanged over 20 emails with me where we agreed on all details of my stay and he answered all my questions quickly and with details. This was my first journey as a solo traveler and Nadeeka did everything to help me feel safe and comfortable with decision to go this far away from home. My stay was organised with an attention to every detail: starting from choosing absolutely stunning places to sleep in and tailoring the programme of the stay according to my wishes, to introducing very last minute changes when I decided to change one point of the stay while being already in Sri Lanka.
Secondly I want to highlight outstanding services of Hasanka, who was my driver/guide. Not only was he very helpful and professional, he was also a great companion and went above and beyond to make sure that I feel happy with all aspects of the trip. He is a very careful driver and always drives safely. He is also extremely responsible and will always take care of you, checking if everything is OK.
Sri Lanka is obviously amazing place to visit and I'm sure that exploring its beauty with Mango Vacations is the best choice. I can't imagine more exciting, safer, and affordable way to do it. I genuinely recommend their services.

We had a fantastic Mango Vacations tour arranged by Nadeeka and then for 20 days with our driver Dammika. Dammika was so friendly and relaxed and very accommodating to our travel needs. There is no stress with him. He is a very careful driver. We felt very safe and it’s an awesome, modern and comfortable van. Five stars!

Our driver, Vish was incredibly caring, considerate and often recommended rather delightful local spots. Always arriving on time and making us feel very welcome. Thank you also for finding chocolate during late hours! We honestly appreciate you being with us.

We had a great time with our driver/guide Vishwa! He is super friendly and laid back, recommended nice places to visit, and always incorporated our requests as well. He was great at explaining the history of Sri Lanka and the various sites we visited. He even provided us with some ayurvedic tea (samahan) since we had a cold. The car and driving was super smooth and comfortable too. We highly recommend Viswha and Mango vacations to anyone travelling around Sri Lanka.

We booked a 10 day tour with Mango Vacations and were very pleased with the communication with Nadeeka. It was a superbe experience.
