great place to have

I found the space to be dirty but the customer service was good. I recently rented another space with cube smart and found the process much faster, cleaner and efficient than Manhattan Mini.

Quite convenient -24 hours availability. Lengthy process getting a storage space, if there is a way to cut down on the initial process that would be great.

My experience at Manhattan Mini Storage absolutely exceeded my expectations! I felt as though I was being taken care of from my first point of contact with Kerwin Morris, who answered my call and graciously found me fantastic deal on a unit in the heart of Manhattan, to the moment I checked in with Antonio Baron. The morning I checked in with Antonio, I was in a hurry and he worked as quickly as he could to make sure that I was in and out in a timely manner. I wasn't expecting that level of service and hospitality at storage center and I appreciated it. The water, the cleanliness, the personalized service and attention to detail - it all made a difference. Continue doing what you are doing because you are doing it well!

We moved into the Manhattan mini storage facility the weekend of the blizzard. We took advantage of the complimentary move-in van. The driver arrived on time, helped load and unload our boxes. The office representative was extremely friendly and walked us through the registration process. Highly recommend!

Trying to get availability for the storage taxi is extremely difficult. I went online to book a taxi for two weeks from now and nothing is available till the 19th. The site says if you don't see something that works to call and they "will be happy to find an alternate" but when we called it was basically can do anything at all for me. So why tell me to call, if you're dnonot going to do anything?

One of the biggest reasons to get Manhattan mini storage was the free taxi service yet that's the one thing I can't see to get.

Opening up an account for a storage locker was relatively smooth, especially since I had previously had one and didn't have to fill out many forms. The agent was friendly and helpful and the locker meets my needs.

I wasn't impressed, but all services were within normal expectations. s

A pity that this company, as many, takes away space for residential buildings, at the same time the numerous locations make it easy for the user like myself. Walking distance to it + even though not always available their taxi/moving truck is a great + !

With the little space one has in new York city Apartments, Manhattan mini storage is a blessing. With that being said it is also a given transaction for any staff member. Not to say there aren't any star members because there are and many thanks to them however on the other hand there's many with a very not so friendly or let alone welcoming personally in which brings me to a 3 star rating.
