Representatives are professional at 110th street location, also a safe clean place to store belongings temporary or long term.

It's fairly decent. A couple of the staff members are a little shut down where customer service is concerned, though they will try to perk up, but you get the impression they can take it or leave it with the business. Units are a little flimsy: they seem to use the cheapest material possible for the doors of the units. Having to "activate" your card every day you come in is a pain. They do try to keep the place up. They've been continually freshening up the paint throughout. The taxi service is extremely useful if you don't mind waiting. Receiving deliveries there is another perk.

The room was to small and the hall way /walk way was way to tight you really have no Space to move a round in the basement being that my room had a being it was a beam in the wall I've got a 10% discount

I took three trips from the East Village to Chelsea in the MMS van and each time the driver was fantastic. I love the space and the people. I am a satisfied customer---and your ad campaign rocks too. The driver who picked up me and my stuff was friendly and very helpful with carrying items at both ends of the trip. The staff at MMS were very friendly during the entire account opening process. Again, very friendly helpful staff cleaned the cart for me before I put my stuff on it, and helped me get the cart to my locker. Plus my friends can't believe what a great price I got!

We use them from the UK and have staff entering our small lock up. Overall they have been very helpful. They only issue we had was one day they wouldn't let staff in and I had to spend an hour sorting it. But it all got fixed and not had a problem since. Would recommend them.

Everyone I interacted with was very polite, informative, and helpful. The facility itself is very clean and well-lit, so I felt safe being inside any time of day, and the elevators were spacious and easy to use. Overall, great experience and would recommend them to a friend.
