Is easy age convenient

Always squeezing money it's customers ... pricing is all over the place! Four rooms of the same size have four different prices. Ranging in hundreds of dollars ... in differences. The longer you rent the more you get screwed.

I've been a customer for over 25 years, recently relocating my units to Dyckman Street. I'm totally satisfied. Special praise for Rene, Tony the manager and also Paul, whose crew did a fantastic job moving my belongings.

Have rented with Manhattan Mini Storage on several occasions. Each experience has been outstanding.

My initial move in was a bit of a lengthy and frustrating process due to the fact that their computer system was down for system maintenance. I had called before arriving on site to verify that I would be able to move in and was told by the corporate office I should have no problem and the site was already notified of my anticipated arrival. While the staff did their best with the circumstances at hand, it was apparent that they had not been trained how to do the move in process with manual paperwork(without the use of the computer). Alycia it was fantastic to work with and tried her hardest to get me into a unit the night I arrived. After several hours she was successful and I was very grateful for that. The following day the site manager also called to apologize. Since then I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at Manhattan Mini. I would definitely recommend using them and have brought friends there since.

My check in took forever as the one man at the desk kept taking phone calls and not checking me in. With movers standing by and being paid by the hour it was appalling.

I have always found the employees of MMS to be very helpful -- especially when I can't manage my locks -- and courteous. I am very satisfied with my two storage lockers. I also really like the van which has transported me and my paintings many times.

Courteous staff and good rates make this a good bet.

The front desk guy was very helpful. The storage facility is clean and everything seems to be in order.

There are several hidden charges that are not explained at the time of contract. Please be very careful.

Great service, great hours, with availability to my things 24/hours a day. Clean and convenient to get to, by car or train.

Customer service/sales people behind desk are helpful ... Some are friendlier than others... At some time of the days it is difficult to find a parking spot in their lot and on other occasions not enough carts available... One day a woman came with a mover and he dropped off all her stuff and used every available cart... One man was waiting and was annoyed...staff behind desk said if they had noticed they would have stopped her... Luckily I had a small folding trolley in my car but it took me two trips to my storage unit when it should have been one using Manhattan mini storage's cart...

If every business in NYC used the same business model for customer service and professional standards as MMS.....NYC would be the hub for all business worldwide.
You would never think a storage facility, offering such a simple commodity...SPACE....could impress a customer. However, the proof is in the smiling faces of all the customers using the facility.
