Manhattan mini storage is a wonderful place, very very very nice customer service and prices are so convenient. Fallon helped me, she gave me a bottle of water after carrying all my luggage and she gave me time to actually rest!!

Helpful staff, clean storage unit. No complaints at all.

Although I waited a long time for the shuttle to collect me and my items, the driver was very kind and helpful. The representative who helped me with the paperwork was also very gracious and efficient. Overall a very positive experience. Recommend them highly.

Inconsistent communication with customers.
1. Keyless entry broken for 3 months requiring assistance to use locker.

2. Keycard frozen - claimed locker was found unlocked. Much aggravation and accusations. Is it because I'm older - I think so?It is assumed when you are over 65 you are incompetent. Told them they were wrong. They claimed I was there when i wasn't. Turns out it was another locker and customer with a number close to mine. No apology.

Issues with Payment even though I get it deducted automatically every month. Need to explain situation so they wave late fees that are not my fault. Also, not prompt in notifying me of issues.

The reps were knowledgeable and very helpful with our account transfer to another location.

I couldn't be happier with the service, price, cleanliness, temperature control, and operating hours.

Building is super clean and safe and high tech - you feel like you are inside some kind of Star Wars space ship, my kids love it.
The staff is extremely nice and competent - they take their job seriously and find will a solution for you.

Great value, knowledgeable staff, and on the odd occasion that something goes wrong... They'll make it right.

Not the greatest storage place I have used, building is dirty and has questionable characters in it but overall my stuff seems safe and it's convenient. The storage taxi is actually a great service.

This place has been really helpful for us. There is a free van service to help load your stuff. You can call them as many times as you need. The facility is very clean and organized. They sell boxes and wrapping. They have carts to help you move your stuff from the van to the storage. Happy
