We found them to be very helpful right from the first phone call. The pictures were taken within a week and our property was listed 2 days later. We were kept informed about viewings and any interest.
We managed to sell within 2 weeks. A special mention to Bel who we found very helpful and she made contacted with us everyweek to keep us up dated about everything.

Fantastic service! Had an excellent experience with Manning Stainton at Adel.My initial contact was with Matthew who was very professional and knowledgeable. As it was my first time selling a house, Matthew reassured me and I was well informed about the whole process.

The whole team were great throughout but in particular Yvonne as our Move manager. At times we only knew of progress because of Yvonne’s tenacity as not hearing from the Conveyancing team. Yvonne understands what it means to the customer and did everything she could to make it happen as quickly and professionally as possible.

Manning Stainton have recently sold my property in Cookridge, Leeds, and the service we have received has been outstanding.
Matthew gave great and realistic advice when we initially put the house on the market and then Jack and Bel took over with the marketing and ultimate sale. Both were a credit to Mannings, very good communicators and always followed through with what they said they were going to do. They both made the process, which can be stressful at times, a pleasant one. They are both very knowledgeable and did everything they could to make the sale happen.
