Living in Scotland the English system of property sale was not without its frustrations. Zaini kept us regularly updated and in contact with the purchaser once the initial sale negotiation had been carried out by Lauren ( the buyer having been identified within a few weeks of tge house going on the market)

We put the house up for sale in March with your Beeston, Leeds Branch and the sale seemed to be dragging on with not a lot of communication, I telephoned and left messaged but they weren’t always returned.

Carole our move manager was on holiday for two weeks and during this time we didn’t get any updates and when she returned it was the same, she didn’t seem to know what was going on and we don’t believe anything had progressed at this stage.

Carole then went on sick leave and we were then dreading the next few weeks until we received a call from Zani.

Zani Was very helpful and she regularly rang us to give us constant updates on the progress. We never once had to chase her.

She was very informative and very helpful with updating us on where we were. If she promised to ring me back on a certain day and time she followed it through.

If Sani hadn’t had become involved in the sale of 61 Allenby Road we would have put in a complain of poor service and communication, she turned the sale around for us she was amazing, a credit to you.
