All the staff at Manning Stainton were extremely helpful especially those at the Beeston office which was the one in charge of the house I was purchasing.

I didn't really know much about how to buy a house but they guided me through the whole process. Dan who showed me round the house initially was really polite and helpful and answered all my queries. Then I was guided through the process of making an offer and given really helpful advice.

Manning Stainton helped in getting the survey organised and also suggested a solicitors Levi Solicitors and they were also excellent. For somebody who was unfamiliar to the process , it made it all much easier.

I was given a personalised service with a move manager, Zaini MIraj and she went above and beyond to get things sorted and she really facilitated communications and negotiations with the seller and she kept in touch with me by email and phone giving me regular updates.

It was good to have the same person keeping track of everything and I felt that Zaini genuinely cared about getting everything done in the best way etc.

Obviously there are a lot of things to think about when you are buying a property and where there were things ( for example from the survey) that needed explanation or working out, I always felt that Zaini understood my concerns and patiently worked to get them sorted and find the information needed.

When I needed to go back into the property to check something, Zaini organised Dan to come out at very short notice and that was extremely helpful.

Overall the service is excellent . Really efficient and professional and at the same time friendly and working on behalf of both seller and purchaser to get the best result. The whole team is friendly and knowledgeable and there was a real sense of celebration when we completed and I got the keys. And as they handed over the keys, they even gave you a little welcome pack which was just a nice caring touch.
