Using Manning Stainton to sell my mothers house was a good choice of local Estate Agents. From the initial enquiry to exhange and completion I was impressed with their professionalism. The house valuation was in the region of what we expecting and the photos to advertise the property were skillfully taken to get the best out of the homely feel we wanted to portray. We accepted an offer within the first 2 weeks of the property being advertised with solid guidance and recommendations from the sales team. Once sold, the move manager in charge of my file, Phoebe Penrose, got in touch regularly and communicated the progress of the sale clearly and without prejudice to both parties. I would recommend Manning Stainton for selling your property and I will be using them again when the time comes to dip my feet into the property market once more.

From start to finish they were great from selling the house and agreeing with us on price to sell compared to other estate agents in the area. Sold the house in three days which is a bonus and Catherine and Phoebe were also very good updating us when they had things to update very professional.
Only downside which has nothing to do with manning Staunton is the solicitors they recommended were very slow at times other than that spot on.
