The staff of Manning Stainton's Garforth office have performed over and above what would normally be expected from an Estate Agent. The process of selling my property did not run smoothly with numerous buyers pulling out of the purchase at the last minute. Throughout what was for me a frustrating and trying time Manning Stainton's staff showed a high degree of empathy and displayed a determination to organise as many viewings of the property as possible, which ultimately resulted in a successful purchase. My main contact at the Garforth office was Emma Hart, who performed absolutely brilliantly throughout and showed a high level of resolve to sell my property. I cannot recommend Manning Stainton's Garforth office highly enough, and would highlight Emma Hart in particular for the way in which she managed the sale of my property.

Manning Stainton provided us with a move manager (Charlotte Poutney). Charlotte managed the move for us from start to finish, this took all the pressure of us and made it as seamless as possible.

Recently sold our semi in Garforth through Manning Stainton.Exellent service from start to finish and very helpful and friendly staff. Special mention for Charlotte Poutney (the move manager ) who chased the not so helpful solicitors endlessly to get the job done !!!! always friendly and very helpful and determined.

Just finally sold my mums house. It wasn’t as straightforward as we first thought as the house was in a trust so there was a good few hurdles to jump! But thankfully we had Charlotte Poutney as our move manager. She guided us through all the way. Always just a phone call away. Charlotte was really friendly, approachable, and professional. On acceptance of an offer, our move managers, Gemma and Rochelle couldn't have done more. They managed both our sale and our ongoing purchase, and were in excellent in chasing up various solicitors and gave us weekly updates as to the progress of the chain.
