Moving house
Despite the long, frustrating process, when we kept up the pressure to stay on top of everything, Manning Stainton staff worked well to sell our property and were always reassuring and positive.

Helpful and proactive
I have been really impressed by how proactive Manning Stainton have been in following through from our sale being agreed to contracts being exchanged/completed. They have checked in every week with eg the buyer/his solicitor/my solicitor/me to make sure everything is on track. In the past I have had to chase other estate agents I have used to find out what is going on but with Manning Stainton Emma has constantly been one step ahead. Much appreciated.

Mostly positive
My experience was mostly positive, the main negative was not always receiving feedback on viewings which I undertook myself.
The service from my Move Manger Sabrina was first class though, and she was very proactive in getting back to me and keeping me in the loop. It is quite refreshing in this day and age for someone who says they will get back to you, to actually do that thing.

Emma Hart was very supportive
The support we received from Emma Hart when purchasing our first home was very professional, friendly and supportive! I can definitely recommend Manning Stainton Garforth and in particular Emma. Nothing was too much trouble for her, always answered the phone to us so warmly and was very reassuring about any queries we had. Due to this we had a very smooth process, which only took 12 weeks and we received a lovely house warming gift from Manning Stainton, which was a nice touch!

Poor communication
We didn't hear anything for weeks after agreeing the sale of our home. When calling, we would be told our agent wasn't available and we would get a call back but the call never came. Our solicitor also struggled with the agents lack of communication.
