We bought our first home through Manning Stainton Guiseley. Although our first point of contact wasn’t the best experience. We moved on to Sara, who was extremely helpful, comforting and passionate about her work. She replied very quickly via phone or email with any questions we had. We also received a little bag of goodies when we picked up the keys, which was a nice touch!

As first time buyers, we really didn't have a clue what to expect. The team made sure we were kept up to date every step of the way, with weekly updates, if not daily at times.

Got to give a huggeeee shout out to Jack and Sara! Both have made this process incredibly smooth and stress free. They always kept things moving where they could and were always on hand if we needed to ask any questions.

We worked with Jack for a significant amount of time from the start of the process to somewhat near the end which we have to say he was flawless!
