Exceptional service - highly recommend
I’m so pleased we chose to sell our house via Manning Stainton in Guiseley - from Simone’s valuation and invaluable advice, through to Emmie being our point of contact for our sale, and then Nathan for our purchase the service was exceptional from all. Jack was always on hand too for viewing queries. At such a stressful time it’s great to feel that they are doing their very best for you and your sale/purchase. We were then allocated Tori as our move manager - and she kept me sane and informed throughout the whole process. At times it was like she was working actual magic with the solicitors and ‘making things happen’. At a time when everyone was pushing for a March completion to avoid the stamp duty hike, the whole team went above and beyond, particularly Tori. Hopefully we won’t be moving again but if we do, we’d absolutely use Mannings in Guiseley and I’d be putting in a request for Tori!

Top Quality
We had an excellent experience moving with Manning Stainton from our first contact with Simone for valuation, Jack through sales and Tori for after-sales progression. We chose Manning Stainton because of their opening hours on a weekend and their dedicated after sales progression. Tori was excellent!
All staff were really honest, open and patient with all our questions. We were always able to get through on the phone, which was a big plus as we found that other estate agents didn't always answer. They were in regular contact throughout, keeping us up-to-date. We would highly recommend and when we contemplate moving again, we would definitely go with Manning Stainton as they made it as smooth as it could possibly be. Thanks team.

Good but beware
The sale which should have been straightforward was tortuous and difficult because mistakenly I agreed to use the solicitors recommended by Mannings. I have not got a good word to say about them and would caution people to use solicitors they know. Having said that Tori did everything in her power to keep me in the loop and keep the deal progressing and was pleasant to deal with.

We have finally exchanged contracts thanks to Manning Stainton Guiseley
We have finally exchanged contracts, having sold our house through Manning Stainton in Guiseley. We liked the team's upbeat approach to their work and felt they communicated with us very well throughout the whole process. We would particularly single out the work of Jack Pullan who was responsible for the sale, and Tori Tillotson our Move Coordinator who has been exceptionally helpful in getting us from offer to exchange of contracts. Our house is quite an unusual one and was not easy to value. It was put on sale at too high a price initially given the sluggish nature of the current market. This probably slowed down the sale process. But they were keen to get us the best price possible and generally we’ve had a really good experience with them.

I can’t express enough just how helpful Manning Stainton has been. Tory has worked tirelessly on our sale and purchase and it’s not been an easy transaction due to a lengthy chain. However, she made the whole process stress free for me. She’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and very hard working. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent experience selling a property with Manning Stainton Guiseley, in particular with Jack. He kept me up to date all the way in a friendly, positive & professional manner. From the property going online to an offer being agreed, it was only 11 days. Very impressive. Would definitely recommend.
