All the staff at guiseley office are brilliant, friendly, informative and helpful. Any issue was addressed, I was kept up to date, enquiries dealt with promptly, contact with all other parties in the chain was excellent and kept on top of. Upon viewing a property, we wanted to go back with parents for a 2nd opinion. Jack was very accommodating with his diary and able to fit us in. We then went back with our 2nd set of parents and again Jack was accommodating for our parents to head back to the property.
