I previously gave a 5 star review for this company but on reflection I should have particularly mentioned the after sales service provided by Jenny Archer and her colleague Amy King which was excellent.

Jenny and the team were helpful throughout the buying process, and the welcome box of goodies when collecting my keys was a really nice surprise!

Fantastic service from Maisie McMillan in Leeds. Very helpful and detailed with her information and was able to advise me. Went above and beyond even after being inconvenienced due to an issue getting the key at first. Top class thank you.

Would highly recommend Charlotte Poutney as a move manager. We naively picked a rubbish solicitor which made our lives really difficult. Thankfully Charlotte was on hand to chase them up and ensure they were doing their job. Despite our solicitor being rude and in some instances aggressive to her, she remained calm and professional.

I bought my house through Manning Stainton so when it came to selling my home, they were my top choice! They organised viewings efficiently and easily. Jenny was excellent at keeping me informed.

The post sale service from Charlotte was exceptional. This is the main reason why I think Manning Stainton are worth the higher fees compared to other agents. Manning Stainton go above and beyond in their service, chasing up my solicitors and the buyers' to ensure things were going smoothly. This saved me lots of time and stress.

I did think they over-valued my property (although it was a tricky market at the time) so I would take these estimates as an ideal scenario and not put my hopes on reaching the valuation price.

I'd definitely use Manning Stainton again if I was selling a property in Leeds.

I am very satisfied with the buying process. The agency staff Charlotte has been in touch with us on a regular basis sending an updates weekly by email about how the process is moving forward. It was very reassuring.

The things I suggest could be done better.
Agency staff on the first viewing day should have a better knowledge about the property they show, e.g. about what part of garden belongs to it, or the correct internal meassuress -SQ m .
Overall I am reccomending this team.

Hannah Lund is fantastic, as are the rest of her team at Manning Stainton. Hannah recently handled the sale of my house. Hannah was always friendly and efficient, responds quickly to queries, has excellent skills with encouraging buyers, and was always lovely to speak with. I always felt I was in safe hands with Hannah managing my case and that made it much less stressful for me. I felt Hannah's priority was doing what was best for me, from the start right until the chain closed. I have already recommended Hannah to friends who may decide to move.

Hannah Lund was so friendly, professional and encouraging, she was reassuring and kept us up to date on all the progress once the house was on the market to the point when we were sold. Her communication was superb, she was regularly available to answer queries or would get back to us as soon as possible if we had left a message. She even managed to contact the person we originally bought the property from to ask them a building reg question and managed to get a response the next day which helped keep the process moving quickly.

She was very much on the ball with our move and knew all the details, she also helped to chase slow conveyancers and was able to manage all parties very well. Especially in a busy period where lots of people were trying to beat the stamp duty increase.
