The whole experience was very good. The staff kept me updated with the state of progress.
They provide a support person who helps with the legal process...she was fantastic. The legal process was hideous and took forever...not Mannings fault.

Catherine from the Moortown branch has been fantastic. Initially things were a little slow due to unforeseen staff circumstances but Catherine took over and within a week or so I was in my new home! Communication with her was great and I’m really thankful to her for helping things go so smoothly. After having some difficult personal circumstances myself, I can finally “breathe” so thank you for that. Enjoy the wine and flowers, you deserve them!

They managed the sale process well, chasing the lawyers when necessary, liaising with the buyer and keeping me informed throughout.
