Picked the keys up to my new flat a few days ago. Was a really easy process from start to finish. Found the property on Rightmove and contacted Manning Stainton. Filled out an application form they sent across for the viewing. The person conducting the viewing was on time and gave me information where possible and instructed me who to contact for the info she didn't know. Thomas Clough was great after the viewing and contacted me by phone to complete each of the next stages once I agreed to proceed with the application. Turn around was under a week from the initial viewing. Very happy with the service.

The build up to moving in was a little stressful and we felt like the communication could have been a bit better, however since moving in it has been fantastic. We've had a great experience renting from Manning Stainton. Louis Craggs has been really efficient and helpful and we've been well looked after. After having some bad experiences with landlords and letting agencies I can safely say that Manning Stainton have been the best by far.
