it was sold quickly and they negotiated a good price for me and kept in contact with me all through the process I was then in the hands of Megan Hirst who kept contact with me weekly until the property completed All i can say is she is a lovely lady who became like a friend for those weeks making everything easier
when it came near completion she did all she could to keep things moving keeping in touch and chasing buyers side
i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

As a first-time buyer, Megan at Manning Stainton was super helpful and walked me through the whole process of buying a house. It made the whole thing much easier. She was always available on the phone if I had any questions and she regularly kept in touch with my solicitors as well so she knew how things were progressing from their point of view.

Megan was outstanding throughout! We had a large chain and there were many times during the process that we thought the whole chain would collapse. Megan was so proactive with chasing the various agents as well as our sellers. Megan never got frustrated with us either - each interaction, she would understand the urgency and was always on the ball with everything.

I would say that without Megan (and James who helped us also) we likely wouldn’t have completed. Would definitely recommend!

I recently purchased a property through the Manning Stainton Morley office. The purchase was straightforward on paper (no chain), but delays and complications for various reasons meant it took six months and, it's fair to say, a LOT of stress to get it over the line.

Although MS were not working directly for me, Lauren's efforts to keep the purchase moving and communicate with all parties under difficult circumstances were very much appreciated - sometimes even just having that sounding board really helped me to work out what to do next.
