Friday, 13th of February I took the keys of the property I bought. The process was actually smooth and ended in a bit less then 3 months, against all the odds, considering the gradually discovered problems with the house. From start to finish manning stainton were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and Megan kept me informed throughout the buying process. When I collected the keys I was handed a goodie bag of all sorts of thoughtful useful items including teabags, surface wipes, a tool kit, vouchers, the gesture was massively appreciated. We have just completed on our sale with manning stainton Morley. had no issues whatsoever. The team were great, Andrew was quick to get photos done and come round after a valuation. The ‘ghost’ system is also really good as we came off the market for a little while but was super quick and easy to get back up.
