We just secured a sale for our property and are successfully on the way to purchasing our new one also listed with Mannings. From the start when Emily visited to complete the valuation they've been great, and her photos did a great service to the house as it looked great online. James has also been fantastic keeping me up to date and answering my many questions along the way. We're looking forward to getting everything finalised over the next few months but wanted to take the time to say thank you so far, and also to everyone else on the team I've spoken with have well, would definitely recommend to others.

From the initial meeting with Andrew, everything was clear, professional, and reassuring. Chloe kept me updated throughout and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had two viewings booked on the very day the property went on the market, and received an offer within just three days. After some negotiation, I was happy to accept. The agent assigned to me was James. A decision for which I would come to be grateful. James was always available at the end of the phone with professional advice. James has an easy and unflappable manner even when confronted with client frustration. Completion of the move was fraught with problems and it was the tireless efforts of James that helped the chain over the line. He is undoubtedly an asset to manningstainton and a credit to himself.

Whilst buying our new home we dealt with James Sibthorpe at Manning Stainton, Morley throughout. We found him to be an excellent communicator, patient, professional and considered with all his answers. If he said he would do something, we knew he would and very quickly. My house sale completed this week 25th March.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend.
I went with manning stainton as I was really impressed with the guy who came to do the valuation, Callum, he seemed lovely and also honest. He quoted me a lot more than other companies had and said that was because they provided a very good service and I would be able to tell that was why it was more expensive.
Don’t waste your money, you still have to call them relentlessly for feedback. The lady dealing with us once we had a buyer was ok, but never there when I needed her as the sale was full of problems.
The only good thing about it was the sale fell through (not their fault) so I didn’t have to pay them anything
My advice is you have to chase them regardless so you might as well find a cheaper estate again and chase them and save some money!

All the staff were very attentive and kept us in the loop with everything. It was a very seamless purchase.
We got a lovely 'moving in' bag of essentials when we picked up the keys which was an unexpected surprise.
