Shaniah was our sales negotiator and would call me every day with updates, questions and viewings to make sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. She managed to negotiate a brilliant deal getting us full asking price. After the sale was all agreed, we were passed on to Megan who managed the rest of the moving process. Our situation was a bit complicated as we were moving to Scotland, the main issue being the need for a quick turn around. Megan managed the communication with our buyer really well, keeping me updated and providing helpful advice at all times. We managed to sell our house in about 4 weeks and complete 10 weeks later thanks to all their hard work. The fee was very competative and I definitely think we got our moneys worth!
