Our experience wasnt great with Manning Stainton, we had a lovely viewing we expressed our interest and begin the application process than from there no one contacted us anymore. We followed up twice and been told there was no communication from the landlord than after the call 2 min later we saw the property on the website marked as "Let agreed" Absolute no professionalism, no follow-up, or no communication at all.
Not Recommended, try to avoid if you can

Alice was great - easy comms over email. Helped with DPS and other legislative changes. Got two excellent tenants in and managed contractors for a leaked roof, and lock change seamlessly.

Alice went above and beyond to make sure I got into the property I wanted, I honestly can't recommend her enough. She was professional, calm, caring and extremely dedicated to the whole process from start to finish. Had a house viewing today Jan who was showing us round the house was lovely. She made us feel at ease instantly and greeted us with a smile. She showed us the downstairs and then let us explore upstairs on our own which we prefer.
