Above and beyond service! I couldn’t phrase this branch any more, they have been absolutely brilliant. Specifically Ibby Aslam! He went out of his way to provide me with updates atleast every couple of days if not every week! I didn’t ask him to do this, but I very much appreciated the time he took to actually help me make this sale as smooth as possible. He chased where needed to be chased, he called every time with an update and he just made sure I was happy. Not something you would expect every time from most companies, so this was so refreshing to see. The branch have been so friendly, supportive and flexible with house viewings, always making sure I was happy with times and dates. Had a really positive experience of dealing with Manning Staintons at Oakwood Leeds. For starters they secured the sale of my late parents property which the previous estate agents hadnt managed to do in 6 months and i was kept up to date with frequent emails and notification of viewings followed up by phone calls and feedback from Niamh Handley who was very friendly and helpfull. Really good service .

Excellent communication, responses to questions and a professional approach to selling our house. However, where this agent excelled was after the house had sold. Our sales progressor, Karly Bibby, was outstanding and did an excellent job of keeping everything on track and was proactive at all times. There were problems with the chain and I truly believe without Karly, the sale would have either fallen through or there would have been a much longer delay in completing.

Sally Fairfoot Phillips has been an excellent Sales Negotiator from start to finish she has been polite patient and professional.

She has kept us up to date with any changes and has personally called me to talk talk an of my questions.
