Very responsive and professional Team!
Teddy and the team are absolutely brilliant and have gone above and beyond in resolving any issues we came across at the early stage of living at our rental property. We have only been renting for approximately 2 and a bit months but we are very impressed with the responsiveness, professionalism and high quality service from the Teddy and the team. I would not hesitate in recommending Manning Stainton lettings in Moortown :)

Great experience
Overall, my wife and I have had a lovely experience with Manning Stainton and have been very impressed with their service from start to finish. We were particularly impressed with our property manager Alana Bates who was fantastic in keeping us informed of anything related to the house and was very quick to communicate which made us feel as though we were in safe hands. We would recommend Manning Stainton to anyone who is in need of a good estate agent!

Our experience with Manning Stainton (Moortown) was great, having rented with them for almost 5 years. The moving out process was seamless as well. We had different housing managers over the period, but having Teddy for the last few years was a great ending to our renting processes. Shout out to Teddy and all the team at Moortown office.

Best agents I've ever rented with
Manning Stainton are the best estate agents I've dealt with in all of my renting experiences.
Melissa Mawhinney from the Morley office was my property manager for the duration of my tenancy. She was amazing. She was always happy to answer any queries I had and always responded promptly to maintenance issues, which were always dealt with very quickly. There was an instance with an unreliable contractor but again, Melissa very quickly arranged for someone else to do the job instead and everything was resolved very quickly from there.
I would highly recommended renting a flat through Manning. Even after giving notice to end my tenancy, Melissa sent me a check-out form as well as a moving checklist that was really really useful, making my moving experience even easier. I was pleasantly surprised by that. I've never had that from any other agents before.
I had such a positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Manning Stainton again if I moved back to Leeds. 😊

Manning Staintons Letting agents
We have been tenants via Manning Staintons for the last 3 years and we have found them to be extremely professional in all our dealings with them.
