My husband and I are impressed with Megan - our property manager. She is always quick to answer and helps to sort out things needed in a timely manner. We've made some changes recently and another one coming soon to our property and she makes the process much smoother by ensuring good indirect contact between us and the tenant. She communicates extremely well, makes good suggestions and I am put at ease knowing that she is there to manage our property for us. She advocates for both the tenant and the owner.

Adam is really reliable and always responds quickly. We had some big complicated change overs in tendencies last year and he managed themvery professionally. Overall I was happy with the service

I have been dealing with Katie Sleightholm since I moved into my flat almost 1 year ago. She has been to visit me and taken photos of the flat and has always kept me updated with any issues. When I recently had central heating put in she was relentless about getting it done when it was convenient for me. She was also kind enough to pursue the people responsible for taking rubbish from the front of the flat as I was having difficulty getting it shifted. I am always kept fully up to date by Katie and she answers my enquiries promptly. I can fully recommend Katie and in my opinion she is a very competent person

We can’t thank Alex enough for their incredible support and efficiency after we experienced water damage in January. From the moment we reported the issue, Alex took charge, ensuring that everything was handled as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Alex coordinated electricians, carpet installers, and other professionals to get our home back to normal in record time. They even arranged for the removal of a damaged sofa after two years (the landlady previously refused to remove it).

Alex’s professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with. We truly appreciate their efforts!
