Luke Whaler did a good job whilst managing our rental tenancy. He always e-mailed a week in advance to inform about the annual house inspection. Did not enter the property without getting our approval first. All leaks and house faults were dealt with within a few weeks of reporting.

She is very professional, always polite and is always at liaising between myself and my landlord and makes the procedure smooth on any issues.
