Luke Whaler has been amazing with his advice and guidance with the letting of our property. The tenants were very difficult and he took appropriate action for us each time. I would highly recommend him.

Throughout our 18 months renting with Manning Stainton we found the entire team at Moortown to be very friendly and professional. From the house viewing to the initial renting contract and move-in procedure.
In particular Alana Bates was an incredible support during our end of tenancy and final inspection etc. Alana’s friendly manner made everything pleasant and her efficiency made everything stress free. Alana was instrumental in getting us a very short extension (when the usual is 6 months or 12 months) to our rental contract to allow us the extra time we needed to complete on our house purchase. We cannot thank her enough for taking a lot of stress away for us.

I have rented out my property through Manning Stainton for many years and have always found them to be professional and on top of any issues that arise, including arranging Trade persons and assessing repairs and providing advice on renovations to maximise rental return. This is a huge comfort and very important for a landlord. My property manager Katie Sleightholm is fantastic, she communicates really well, and I feel my property is in great hands. A bit late on the review, but we rented a property through Manning Stainton and overall it was good. The moving in process wasn't the best as we dealt with one way communication, which meant the process was a few weeks longer than we were promised.

Our moving out process was similar to this in which we were given a few hours notice for viewing times. Even when these times were agreed, Manning Stainton would come an hour early and let themselves in without knocking or notifying us; even when we told them somebody would be in the house.

The renting period was fine overall and the review might be a bit harsh, but it could be worse if not for Briony Gleadhill. Briony sorted all our leaving docs and deposit and that was the smoothest part of the renting process for Manning Stainton. We were grateful for Briony's help and can understand why many of the other reviews mention her as well.

Briony gleadhill has been an excellent property manager. Any issues I've had have been dealt with swiftly. Briony has been lovely to deal with. A credit to manning Stainton.

Since March of this year, my rental property has been managed by a particular member of staff at Manning Stainton. His service to me has been truly first class, responding quickly to emails and liaising with all other contractors as necessary. The whole checkout procedure for my tenants was communicated clearly and efficiently and all my questions were answered with speed and comprehensively. The property management fee was real value for money while he was looking after me.

Thank You Katie Sleightholm. You are incredibly supportive member of this team. With out house recently going up for letting, you were very quick in your reaponses, very friendly and polite and efficient. You made sure work was completed to how we like it and very quick as well.

Overall the experience from Manning Stainton following us taking out the a rental contract wasn't great until we started dealing with Aidan. He is an incredible member to the team and completely turned around the service we received as a tenant. Whatever issue we encountered he was there to try and help us where he could and offer support. Very personal and understanding. Property inspections were friendly and personal. If you're a tenant or landlord make sure Aidan is dealing with your property. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed.

Aiden Harris managed my tenancy for the majority of my stay at a duplex near Pudsey and couldn't have been more helpful.

Aiden always got back in touch with any queries I'd made in a prompt and professional manner. Always took thorough notes which were able to be used by other members of the mannings team if he was out of the office.

There were a couple of small instances where I may have been stressed about situations and Aiden always dealt with them in a calm and collected way.

I couldn't speak highly enough of him and would recommend him to anybody. He is in line for a promotion.
