So easy and efficient dealing with Debbie, she has kept us well informed and we couldn’t ask for the process to of gone any smoother.

I appreciated the initial efficiency demonstrated before I paid the holding deposit; however, the experience afterwards was quite different.

Communication became notably inefficient. Emails went unanswered, even after follow-up phone calls, and the overall pace of the process was disappointingly slow.

The property was also not handed over properly. We should have been shown how to use the facilities within the house, but no such orientation was provided. Instead, we received a property with several damaged, hazardous, and unclean features—including exposed sockets, cobwebs throughout, cupboards and storage areas containing waste, and a damaged shed that could have been repaired prior to our move-in but was left in a deteriorated condition.

As a result, we had to undertake an additional round of cleaning immediately after moving in, which added unnecessary stress on top of the demands of relocation.

Furthermore, three members of my family were asked to visit your office on the morning of the move to collect the keys. Considering the considerable distance between your office and the property, the key handover would have been more appropriately conducted at the property itself, where you could also have provided guidance on the facilities. The necessity of this arrangement is unclear, especially as our identification documents had already been submitted and verified. The added travel on moving day contributed further to an already stressful process.
