I was originally trying to sell the property, we had an offer of the asking price within a month - great! Unfortunately, 3 weeks before I was due to move, it fell through. I wasn't in a position to put it back on the market and wait for a buyer as I was committed to the move. I had already signed a rental contract on a property 200 miles away where my new job was. MS were AMAZING at getting the property valued for lettings and advised me what I needed to do for it to be on the market for rent. We had 3 viewings booked within 24hrs of it going out and it went on the first one. It was such a relief I could move knowing it would be in safe hands. Isobel Smith from the South Leeds Lettings office had great communication advising me about dates, questions the tenant had and sorting bits out. I did jokingly ask if she could stay on it!
