I believe the letting agent, Isabel, had really good energy when it came to providing us with the house key and handling the entire documentation process. She was very helpful, and the best part was her excellent communication throughout our whole allocation.

Was really great with everything we needed for setting up our new home, really constant clear communication, even when we called almost daily for new enquiries. Isabelle Smith was fantastic at answering all my questions and was really helpful throughout the whole leggings process.

Initial wait for confirmation that we had been accepted took longer than I would of liked but other than that Isabel Smith worked hard to get us signed up within our timeframe

Issy is really helpful, friendly and informative.
The only challenge is getting hold of her (she must be a busy woman)- I’d have to ring the office a few times for the call to be answered, and when it was I wouldn’t always be able to be transferred to her.
But when I got through, she was great.

To start Joe was great when he came to take photos .
Evie has been amazing the whole way through, it is Evie we speak to most and she is an absolute credit to your company.
We complained as due to timing of a leaking boiler and a Bank Holiday,new tenants, our wishes were not respected, but the way it has been handled by John and Melissa has been very professional and very fair .10/10
