This was, for once a really good experience of buying online. I saw the ViviFi Sparke phone on the website and thought it would be great for my partner. It arrived with lighting speed but after trying a few things out I wasn't happy that my partner would cope with it and asked for a returns number. Fortunately I didn't read the email from Mantitech properly so I phoned them and spoke to a man who knew straight away who I was and gave brilliant tips and advice about the phone and persuaded me to give it another go. With his help he has unlocked the fantastic performance of the phone and I am very pleased that I called. A small company like this is so much better than dealing with the big boys because they care. They care about their business and they care about your satisfaction, they will care if you don't return. Buying from small businesses like this you are paying for food on their table or maybe dance lessons for a child. You are not contributing to a Chief executives 2nd or 3rd holiday home. Supporting businesses like this will put Britain back on the map after Brexit. I will indeed use this company again if I can. Thankyou again for the help given it will give me a quiet Christmas.

Excellent service from start to finish

I bought a rugged phone for my daughter she was happy with it,she had a few problems with the phone phone,I called Mak who talked her through what needed to be done. Unfortunatley there was a problem with the unit and it had to go back. Mak sent out a new phone which she is glued to. Cant thank or reccomend Mantistech enough for the hand holding, the wonderful way with which we were dealt and just Mak's brilliant customer service manner. You are amazing and to have got out a new phone so quickly saved me from days of being moaned at by my daughter. Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful people

Iv always loved dual sim phones for the simple reason l can carry two different sim cards in one phone to separate my business calls from my private calls. Its never easy finding the right phone but when l saw the one l really liked on this website l send a message to request more information about it. In no time l got a response from Mak who was more than helpful to me right from the beginning of the enquiry to the moment l received my handset. Most efficient service l ever got n l loved my handset since l got it till now. I would definitely recommend this online shop to anyone and l will definitely be buying from them in the future. Had Nokia for over 15yrs and tried other phones in between with no success .. But had my RUGG5 for a couple of days on android and getting on great really easy to use and set up and i'm no good with technology .
Got two sims in it EE & GIFF GAFF . had a problem setting one of them so rang Mantistech who was busy , i never left a message but they called me back 5mins later discussed my problem then sent simple instruction's via email to solve it which it did .. They also rang me again to check it was all ok .. Excellent service very helpful company and have filled me with confidence for the future with my RUGG5 ... Thanks Mantistech

After many years of destroying phones by dropping them, kneeling on them and submerging them, I got fed up. The Ruggex 3 is solid, weighty and has all the functionality I need as a sailing club commodore. I heavily abuse phones, so it will be interesting to see if this does the job. It certainly looks the part. The service from Mantistech has been to ship the product. This was done very speedily. I have not had need for any technical assistance to date.

I'd been looking for a new, solid smartphone for a long time when I discovered Mantistech. After reading the reviews, I went for it and bought a Ruggex smartphone from them. It arrived next day. When I had problems with MMS, I called them and was guided through how to sort it. The phone itself was a doddle to set up, and the battery life has been amazing - it lasted for 3 days after the first charge, even with me using it to check emails regularly. I am very impressed with the service and the product from Mantistech.

The phone arrived in record time. They were super efficient when i had trouble paying with my card. A great company will definitely use them again.

They helped me with locating the package even after the shipment was already in my own country.

Bought this phone from Mantistech and received it 4 days later. What a phone - sadly for others I got the last one! When you land on their site one of the staff pops up on the screen to ask if you want any help - you can say you are just browsing and they leave you alone but if you have a question they are there to help. And from all the reviews I have read from others, the company are great to deal with and I have to agree. Just logged back on there to see how I could leave a review and again someone was there to ask if they could help me. Had a lovely little chat - so friendly and helpful.

It's difficult to choose a phone with confidence without trying it first, but the video of the Hummer H1+ was very helpful. I ordered the phone on Friday evening with special delivery and it arrived on Monday morning. Mantistech even phoned me on Monday to tell me when it would arrive. As it was my first Android phone and the instructions were in Chinese the learning curve was quite steep, but Google helped me through it. An email query to Mantistech was answered promptly and the phone does everything as advertised so I am very pleased. Would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent service. I phoned to ask about this phone and compatibility with Bluetooth. I was given honest advice and told that I could return the phone within 7 days if I wasn't entirely happy. The phone is compatible and I am extremely happy with the phone and service.
