The ordering and delivery service was superb

It arrived in a hard/cardboard tube and it was impossible to remove without damaging it. Creased and ripped it went in the bin. The company did not want to know. Up loaded video and pictures so they could see the problem with their packaging. Don't bother ordering no replacement or refund.

Good product arrived early

Very, very Happy with my purchase. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Purchased on Tuesday arrived Thursday. Packed really well, bubble and cardboard wrapped. Would definitely recommend.

I didn’t complete my address on the delivery form so had to ring up, a gentleman Neil I think he was called answered and was so patient and corrected the order straight away. I’m blown away by the product and how unique it is.

Brilliant world map. Good colour and very eye catching. Very well made. My husband delighted with it. He is inserting a cork lining at the back so he can put in map pins. Great buy.

Well made thick quality paper, and well packaged delivered undamaged.

Pro:
1) Good customer support
2) Beautiful maps
3) Good protective packaging

Cons:
1) If you live outside of the UK you'll probably going to have to pay custom fees not included in the shipping (in Italy i paid 15€ for a 50€ order)

2) I was expecting a laminated map to be more resistant. It's just a "thicker poster". Still worth the extra price though.

3) They ship with evry, which doesn't have a very good reputation.. (just Google it..)

4) The maps are not completely in English, some cities have the name in their native language, while some are in English. For example: Dubai is dubayy, Tokyo is Tōkyō, etc)

Recommended if you live in the UK. If you live abroad it gets a little too expensive, i paid almost 70€ for a map that costs half the price and that took more than a month to be delivered (maybe because it was during Christmas and the couriers had a lot of parcels to deliver). Not sure why they sell some (unfortunately only some) of their maps on Amazon with free (and fast) shipping

I received the order quickly and with great shipping updates throughout the delivery. I would recommend this shop to friends and family, and I am very happy with the Scratch Off Football Stadium Map, and it will make a great Christmas Present. I would definitely recommend this company. I ordered last week hoping it would be delivered before Christmas and it arrived today 20/12/2022! It looks brilliant, I am so pleased, especially with the personalised writing. This is a present for my husband on our anniversary on the 23rd. I chose the classic world map as a push pin with tags so we can mark where we have been and where we want to travel to. I’ve not received the map yet, does that mean it’s been lost? I had an email on 25 November from Evri saying they would let me know when it’s out for delivery.

Well packaged but the map isn’t as luxurious as I had imagined. Very disappointed.

I am very happy with the product, it is very nice. As they state on the website, count with the extended delivery time. Also the added tax to Belgium was higher than the estimate on the website, but I was prepared for that. Overall I am very satisfied with the product.

It was a great map just what I needed. It arrived in good time and good condition. 👍
