Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service. Following a lengthy delay (due to couriers depot being caught up with the M25 protests etc) which was totally out of their control and Kate doing everything she could to resolve the issue, my large world map finally arrived but was damaged. They sent another one out immediately and I received it within 48 hours. Great effort by the team. Beautiful map well done.

The map has not even left your premises…
The map has not even left your premises and it was supposed to have been delivered a week ago!!! DHL has not received it as of today - 3 days after you requested a label. Having paid hundreds of pounds for the map and hundreds more for the shipment, I believe this is really unnacceptable. And the map is a gift to my husband for a special day tomorrow ...

Regretably the carboard tube containing the map must have been 'broken' somewhere in transit. The map, whilst it would have been everything I'd hoped for has crinkles across the full width near the top and the impact it will have will be diminished.

Fabulous world map

The map arrived ahead of the scheduled time. The map was delivered with a broken frame, but after very swift email correspondence the matter was resolved and a new map sent out at no extra cost.
The service was great and I have a wonderful looking map, be it second time lucky.
