Canvas & wood map
From raising the order online to delivery at home less than 24 hours. This was a large map printed on canvas/wood with our names and other detail. Fabulous and looks amazing in our dining room with all the points we have visited around the world with more to come. Packaged in a substantial cardboard box to protect from damage and delivered by DHL. Absolutely 1st class service, thank you.

The maps are fabulous
The maps are fabulous! My only complaint is that I didn’t get any communication such as order confirmation or shipping notification. I see now that I needed to log into my account for that information. The payment portion of the website was difficult, as well.

Great reaction to damage in transit
My Giant World Map arrived first thing and sadly, the tube had a large dent in it. Suffice to say that the contents were damaged beyond use. After a quick call a photo and an email, a replacement arrived 24 hours later. A fantastic example of pro-active customer service.
