This review is for the Marabese tile shop in Bedford, who have supplied all of the tiles for our new build. We used them because the range and quality of their tiles was much better than we found at the discount outlets. All the way through our build we have had consistently excellent service from Lou, Barbara and the team, who helped us find tilers, choose materials and organise deliveries. If you're looking for tiles then I would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

We used marabese and have had two problems with the items fitted in our new bathroom. The toilet wasn't working after a few months so we rang and were told 'we don't use that supplier anymore and you are welcome to contact them directly '.
This week the shower tray showed two cracks from the drain. We contacted them again and guess what.....'we don't use that supplier' etc etc!! Marabese we won't be using you again!

Bought a new Neff Wine Cooler. It didn't work, & despite initially being unable to resolve, Joe resolved the issue, & delivered a new working wine cooler to my home. Thanks:-)

Not great service from start to finish.
Ordered tiles and told they would be in for collection within 3 days.
5 weeks later I’m still waiting.
I have sent emails, voice messages as no one picks up the phone. I have had to chase Marabese so many times regarding this order , not once have they contacted me to keep me updated.
I have used Marabese a great deal over the past 3 years but never again.

Marabese gave us excellent advice and helpful plans that they readily revised for us incorporating the changes we made. Very pleased with the new bathrooms.

We used Marabese to olan and fit our new bathroom. The whole process was smooth and professional. Barbara spent time with us achieving the layout that worked best for us and going through all the different options interms of fixtures and fittings. Then the fitter, Ben, was excellent too. Tidy, efficient and hardworking. Highly recommended

From our first step into barabese bedford to meeting Barbara, everyone is lovely and friendly with great service with so many ideas, Lewis the fitter is great at his job, so clean and tidy too. I would recommend this company 100%, always on time too.

I was planning a renovation of 3 bathrooms in the house and was looking for more end to end service rather than me chasing separately materials, fitters etc.

Marabese in Bedford provided all of that with a really nice, friendly but still professional approach where the team spent time with me to check the different materials, prices, designs and we found what I wanted.

Lee was a great person to deal with while he was re-fitting the bathrooms. We always aligned what I wanted and how. Not everything always goes as planned and we had no issues to think of workarounds or better solutions to ensure the bathrooms will be up to the standard I want.

I can recommend Marabese as I had such a great experience with the entire process.

Fabulous new bathroom from a great team.

Really love our new bathroom, excellent quality fittings and well designed by Barbara. Neil (Bevan Ceramics) and his team, who did the fitting were brilliant. We have an old house with many quirks and they dealt with it all. Left the place clean and tidy whenever they weren't here. The finish is excellent, we now have a bathroom to be proud of.

From having our welcome appointment with Barbara (design consultant) who visited our home in a timely manner and sent through the quote and design drawings to the execution of the project the service was exemplary. We were kept informed of everything from start to finish Barbara arranged for their fitters to do execute the installation Joe and Ben (Caruso Hitchen Herts) Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to not only complete the installation but do repairs where previous work had been done badly We highly recommend both teams They were exemplary and always went the extra mile

New bathroom created by Marabese Ceramics, Lou was prompt, courteous and kept us informed as well as managed whole project.
He planned the project from beginning and assigned a team to oversee the work.
The workmanship is high standard and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Kitchen remodel--This is the second major piece of work we've had done by Marabese. Earlier in the year, we had them completely remodel our two bathrooms. Based on the excellent experience, we chose them to remodel our kitchen. We worked with kitchen designer Chloe Charteris who was our point of contact throughout the entire process. Chloe designed and measured our kitchen and tirelessly worked with us until we found the right cabinets, flooring, tiling, sink, and fittings (down to the level of cabinet handles!). If you want your kitchen redesigned and remodeled, Chloe is your woman.
She's got a great idea for design and a wealth of suppliers to choose from. Chloe was in constant communication throughout the three weeks whilst the kitchen was being built out. We felt so comfortable with the team that we went on holiday for most of the build! The kitchen was done on time and to budget and to our specs! Nothing was too small or too big for them to handle.

The builder they subcontract to, the indefatigable Lucasz, is amazing. His favourite saying is 'no problem' and it is the truth. Nothing is a problem for him. He goes the extra mile when he spots a design flaw or problem and creates excellent solutions. He expanded our coffee station so it fits our coffee maker and coffee grinder. He is an artist and his workmanship is impeccable and to an amazingly high standard. He's a one man ninja builder.

Dez is the managing director and owner who designed and oversaw the bathroom projects and is the voice of wisdom and experience in the background.

Nothing is to big or small for them. If you want a kitchen or a bathroom redone to a high quality, on budget, on-time, with minimum agro and fuss this is your team. I can't praise each individual of the team highly enough. My husband and I trust them implicitly and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Chloe was absolutely amazing throughout the whole kitchen planning and fitting process. Chloe listened carefully to all my requests and never made me feel bad for asking her to change or amend the plan! Chloe designed my dream kitchen and I could not be happier. The kitchen was well within budget and I always felt that Chloe has my best interests at heart and wasn’t always trying to sell the most expensive option. I’m very grateful for the service I have received from both Chloe and Marabese. I would not hesitate to recommend either. Thank you so much Chloe - you were an absolute delight to work with and I shall miss you!

Barbara was amazing we new what we wanted and she helped us put it altogether..
Then our chosen fitter Dan arrived on time everyday, left everything clean and tidy and has done an amazing job
We are pleased with service and would choose Marabese again

I honestly don’t know where to start.
This company has been truly amazing and made my dream kitchen come true where so many other kitchen companies said they couldn’t and certainly couldn’t match the price Marabese was quoting.
I gave my wish list to Tanisha and she was brilliant from start to finish. Tanisha completely made my kitchen personal to me and gave it the wow factor and all on the budget I gave her. Truly an amazing person to have with you bringing your dreams to life because she cares as if it was her own.
Thank you so much Marabese, I will never go to anyone else again and I can’t recommend you guy’s enough!!!

Over the last 5 years or so, we have sourced most of our flooring from the Milton Keynes branch of Marabese.They have a fantastic selection of porcelain tiles, luxury vinyl tiles as well as laminates all of which have been installed in different parts of the house.
The sales team , Sophie in the early days and more recently Dez, Peter and Carla have all been very helpful.They have a good knowledge of the products and always offer a welcoming smile!
Martyn who manages the stores as well as Lee who delivers the products too have been great in terms of keeping us informed about the delivery plans and ensuring that all the items are delivered safely.
We can not thank the team enough for their fantastic service.

So thrilled with our new en suite & bathroom! Thanks to Barbara in the showroom for helping us choose! Great choice of fittings to choose from and we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable costs. Our fitter Lewis was brilliant - always on time, neat and very polite! Thumbs up to Marabese!

The company accepted my online payment for Bosh Oven which they didn't have in stock. Several days later they just emailed me a credit note with no explanation. Apparently my order was cancelled due the item being out of stock. Regardless this, they kept my money for they needs. After sending several emails, full refund of £500+ was issued only two and a half weeks later from the official order date! Very frustrating experience. I wouldn't trust this company and wouldn't do any business with them. Not happy

The Marabese team recently worked with us on our new kitchen fit. We’ve been really impressed, the team have been outstanding. Great quality products and great service. We absolutely love our new kitchen and our en suite which they worked on earlier this year, Highly recommended.
