The price was good. I appreciated the quick shipping. However, several tiles came with minor pits.

Local store sent us home with a sample board BUT when we called 3 days later product wasn't actually available for us to buy. So we went online found it at Marble Warehouse, called them and talked to a real and knowledgeable person. They cut us a sample (the 18 inch tiles are were to big to mail), charged us reasonable shipping and sent it out. When we decided to order we called, again talking to a person, they gave us an extra tile or two and it was truck delivered (to our very rural location) exactly when they said it would be. And we saved a bunch of money. Thanks Marble Warehouse.

I had extended my countertop and found out that I needed two slabs of Blanco City. Oh man, the cost just doubled. What to do? I searched and searched for a better price and could not find it. I called these guys, even though they were on the other end of LA from where my home is, and they said they had a Jumbo slab and it was less than the price of 1 slab from everywhere else! I called my installer and he confirmed that the Jumbo would work. I ordered it, without seeing it or going to the store, and my installer picked it up. We are more than happy with the stone and I'll be recommending them and using them for all my stone needs! Great job and thank you!

I ordered Bianca crystal they sent black and white polished. Since I laid the black and white polished before realizing their mistake I was stuck. I needed more so I reordered Bianca crystal and black white polished hoping to hit the right tile by chance. They called me to say that it may not match the previous order. What a joke. They sent me Colorado gold and some other not even close looking tile. I gave up. They have no concern as to what they send.

This store offered a huge array of products. They were very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions as to what stone slabs or granite tiles would enhance for our project. The prices and quality were outstanding. They also recommended a fabricator, Juan Lopez, for our project--his work was phenomenal! I would definitely return to this store again where great prices are offered and valuable advise is given.
